      This review is about Terminix inspector ************, ******* the technician that serviced our home, and ******* the new technician that was supposed to service our home. I would like to start by saying all staff were very polite and courteous for the most part. I am unhappy with ****** inspection and the fact that either they sent him out a second time without confirming with me or he just showed up on his own randomly a second time after my initial complaint that I will detail below. During ****** first visit he entered our home and walked in the garage where I pointed out the mouse p*** that I noticed and then he stood in the crawl space and told me there was mouse p*** there too and we have 2 mouse families. It is important to note that we do not live here yet as we just purchased the home on 08/02/2022. Initially, I wanted Terminix to come look for rodents as I have a phobia and then later I called back before my first and only inspection from **** to ask them to look for the spiders as I noticed lots of spider webs and some spiders inside the home. **** only "inspected" the garage and then stood in the crawl space and then tried to upsell me some several thousand dollar exclusion plan. I do believe he may have looked around outside as well. Luckily, we did not qualify for financing plans. The technician ******* was very polite as well but he did not treat the inside of the home for insects, because "spraying inside will attract mice to the inside of the home." During ****** second unannounced visit he informed us that the insect spray does not attract mice and he was not sure why the inside was not sprayed. We were promised a second technician as ******* stopped answering my messages anyway. The new technician ******* told us that he spoke to our inspector and would only come back to treat the wasps outside and that he spoke to **** earlier. They still were not coming to spray inside. ******* told us to get a new inspector to get the job done correctly.

      Horrible service. Worst experience ever. They come and made a mess knock down my chimney cover steeped all over my plants and my lights.. They where careless overall. Never even bother to tell me they broke my tiles on the roof. Then they said i needed to buy insurance for damages which was 700+ on top of the service, which will ONLY cover 40 tiles and it was MY responsibility to fix the rest. Be aware ***** the sales person scrowled thru everything himself and had me initial everything without explaining throughly and clearly. Warranty he said, was for ceramic tiles, I have concrete. He said it be fine. But it is not. On top of it they **** me twice. Worst company ever. Stay away from termix. Even if you get their insurance you will end up paying for damages.

      My daughter waited at our home all day last Wednesday for a tech. No show. I called Terminix to find out why and was told the appointment was cancelled. I asked "Who cancelled as it was not me!". The agent could not tell me. I requested an appointment immediately and was promised that a manager would contact me within ***** hours. (Thursday or Friday). Here it is Monday and still no call from the manager! I requested an appointment immediately and was told the same as last week---a manager will call you within ***** hours. I advised the agent that I am still waiting from last Friday for that call and that I would like to fill the managers home with ********* ants and get back to them in a week or so with an appointment date. Horrible customer service and don't have another $300 to give another company to come out and take care of this! The tech did not take down cobwebs as we were told either. Do not use this company! I would give Terminix a negative 5 stars being that none of the promises were held.

      Do not buy a termite bond with this company. Ive had a termite bond with this company for over ******************************************************************************************** my flower bed and they stated that was a bridge for the termites to get to my house.

      They dont deserve a star they just send you to customer service in circles Ive spoken with too many people Im tired Im drained and termites are eating my home up more and more

      As with others, if I could give it zero stars I would. When I realized I was being charged $700 for someone to look around my house and not do anything, I called in Nov 2021 to cancel. Just opened the **** statement and there's a charge (name changed from Terminix to ********************** Company). Called - contract was not cancelled (***** from Terminix told me it had been) and it's an auto renew (I did NOT know that). I was speaking today with ******. Refused to refund. Refused to send me an email confirmation that I have cancelled as of today. Refused to stop talking over me. Do not go near these people. I am only giving it 1 star because zero is not an option,

      Call for appointments and schedule it, they never show up and when calling them they blame it on the system and each-other.once rescheduled it the guy calls the day before telling me that he can come do an inspection only not the service but the 1st time they were not able to do that because quotes are done over phone and thats why they never show up. With them to come out takes forever and never doing their job cause they have excuses to push you until you dont need ten service. Very unprofessional and do not honor the appointment time nor care what you agreed with them. Do not recommend to anyone

      They inspected and never tell you what happen even you asked them.Pandemic give them an excuse of not going over the report with merchant.I literally asked him do we need to do anything and he said everything ok.I have to go online to get the report to see what he has written down. Very sneaky company and try to blame others not taking care of the issue.I'm getting quote from other pest control company now. DO NOT USE THEM!DO NOT USE THEM!

      Scheduled appointment with Terminix after waiting 4hours I called to find out my appointment wasnt scheduled it was a hope we can make it appointment.They told me the appointment I was told originally when I paid was erroneous.This was never mentioned.This is not a reputable company.

      Tried Terminix to see if they changed. They are still horrible in communication, staff issues, scheduling and pushing you into a contract and not getting the services. They kept telling me that **** M is the manager at the **************** but I NEVER got a call back and everything I call they say he is unreachable. I've spoken to *****, then ******* who said ***** shouldn't give out wrong information, then ******, *** and so many others in the ** department. Terminix is still HORRIBLE with getting a manager on the phone. TERRIBLE with scheduling then a no show and telling you your scheduled for another date which I didn't schedule because I get infusions. NOT HAPPY and tried to cancel with email and fax but fax must be disconnected because it never goes through. The email for **** M but it comes back undeliverable. I regret that I thought they have changed. Don't waste your money on this company. You only talk to customer service people by which is always different names. Very bad customer service
