5 starsWe recently had Thermo-Twin replace 13 windows in our home. Their pricing was very reasonable and we really liked the fact that they were the manufacturer and installer. The installation crew were all great, respectful and very skilled. They were a good bunch of guys. They completed all 13 windows, some of which were nearly 100 years old, all in one day. We are extremely pleased with the results and will definitely recommend them to anyone!

5 starsWe love our new garden window. It is beautiful. The salesman was very informative and polite. **** from the office was very nice every time I talked to her. The guys that installed the window were very nice. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up before they left. I will call Thermo twin again when I need more windows.Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsI am very happy with our new Bay Window installed in our kitchen. The installers were very polite and professional. The company kept us informed of the progression of the window being assembled. The installers cleaned up after the job was complete. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs new or replacement windows. Employee ownership and locally made was a big plus for us. 5 starsThermo-Twin added a sunroom last year, and they replaced 8 windows in my home this year. I was very pleased with both of my purchases, the quality of the windows, and the professionalism of everyone (from the salesman, office staff, manufacturers, and the installers.) The crews were on time, pleasant, and professional. They took time to cover the flooring in my home prior to beginning the work, and cleaned up both inside and outside to insure that my house and yard were free of any debris. They also had me do an inspection after they were done to make sure that I was totally satisfied 100% before they left.I would highly recommend Thermo-Twin to anyone (and I already have told several of my neighbors that they can't go wrong with using Thermo-Twin!)Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsThermo-Twin recently replaced all of the windows in our home (more than 30 in all). From beginning to end (sales to installation and follow-up), these guys knocked it out of the park. Fantastic sales person, wonderful measurement guy and quick, courteous installers. Took a couple of days to do the install - we had two bay windows replaced - but now that colder temps are rolling in, we are even happier that we chose Thermo-Twin. Thanks to this crew, no more drafts! Its a pleasure to support a great local company. Cant wait to replace the front door next year - no comparison shopping. 5 starsThermo Twin replaced all ten of our windows including a large arched window. Every step from the salesperson to the installers was very professional throughout. We appreciated the fact that Thermo Twin is employee owned. The installers came at 8:30, started at 9 and were all done by 1:30. They were very careful to keep everything neat and clean.....drop cloths everywhere. When they were finished, it was like they were never there.....inside and out. The windows look great and even better we already noticed the improved heating/cooling efficiency. We have shared and will continue to share our experience with Thermo Twin.Thermo-Twin Windows
