5 starsThe folks at Thermo-Twin did an amazing job installing windows and doors in my old house. Every time a door came off, there was another (unpleasant) surprise -- but my installers took it all in stride. To say these folks went above and beyond is an understatement. Their prices were fair, their customer service great. I waited a long time to get this done, and I'm glad I went with Thermo-Twin. You can trust them as well.

5 starsHad all 11 windows replaced at our house Dec 2023. After a lot of research went with Thermo Twin for the quality of the windows and great reviews on installation. Ordered the double hung windows in a grey finish. Windows are fiberglass covered in vinyl so should last a long time. The double hung widows are super easy to clean as you can open window into house to clean, so no more ladders. We went with 1/2 screens for improved clarity, very happy with choice. When ordering windows we qualified for their largest discount at 35% off. The 11 windows were $18,000 which seemed expensive with the discount , but everything seems expensive today. The windows were installed on the estimated time slot. It took a crew of 4 , 1/2 day to complete installation. The crew did an amazing job, friendly, tidy and everything turned out spot on. By 1:30 in the afternoon windows were in, all areas cleaned up. The house was built in ****, so old windows were 33 years, it is night and day clear what a difference the new windows have made with no more breeze and rooms are much warmer. 5 starsIf you are looking for high-quality, energy-efficient and durable windows, this is the company for you. This company has built a reputation for quality products at fair pricing. They provide white-glove installation and they produce all of their windows made-to-order. We had a great experience with Thermo-Twin Industries, starting with our salesman who was very knowledgeable. Installation was smooth and the installers were great. Not only completing a great install, but they wanted to make sure everything was done correctly and with care. If you are in the market for new windows contact Thermo-Twin. 5 starsMy family recently a picture window and bay window from Employee-Owned Thermo-Twin **** **** The entire process was enjoyable from a customer's perspective. I believe the salesman was knowledgeable and offered high-quality products at a fair price. The re-measure man was prompt and focused on customer satisfaction. The installation crew was efficient. I was especially impressed with the courtesy of all the workmen, and how well they respected my home. Clean up after the job was finished was impressive! 5 starsAbsolutely LOVE LOVE our new windows!!! The team was here for 7 days!!! The team was very professional and kind and they did fabulous work. I would highly recommend Thermo Twin. We only did the upstairs bedrooms but when we decide to do the downstairs windows we already know who we are calling! The team made sure to clean up after themselves and placed a walkway over our carpet so as not to ruin anything. There was very minimal dust and I have NO complaints!!! 5 starsThermo-Twin replaced twelve windows in our home. The Sales Rep was very knowledgeable about the product and process. He was professional throughout our meeting. The individual who measured the windows was important to the process and was also professional and efficient. The installation Team was early and completed the job in under 6 hours. We were surprised with how quickly the job was completed. We were impressed with how well the Team worked together to complete the job. All Team members were professional to deal with. Overall, we are very pleased with selecting Thermo-Twin to replace our windows. It is a definite bonus that Thermo-Twin is employee owned because the top box service we received is exemplified in their professionalism and pride displayed. Hats off to Thermo-Twin!
