5 starsI would recommend, without qualification, Thermo-Twin Windows. We were drawn to Thermo-Twin initially because they are an employee owned company. The individuals who worked with us from our first contact, the subsequent meeting with sales and measurements, through installation and follow-up were top-notch. To a person, the pride in their company and confidence in their product was obvious.After being told there would be a two day installation, we were contacted to schedule a one day installation with them sending two installation teams. They arrived just before the 8:00 am start time and detailed the process for the day. The teams completed a day long process by 12:30 pm!!The only thing better than the unparalleled quality of the windows we purchased was the quality of the employee owners who clearly value their customers.

5 starsOur windows were installed 2 months ago and we couldn't be any happier. The sales process was efficient and professional. The install team was wonderful. They took great care to cover flooring and furniture. Since our window frames are a bit different, the install team worked with me to ensure I was happy with the trim pieces that were placed around the new windows. They look fantastic. 5 starsCould not have been more please from the point we met the salesman, ****, until the point **** and his crew left us with beautiful new windows and a very clean house (maybe cleaner than when they started). The price and quality both appear very good - although it will take many years to tell for sure. I was impressed with the sturdy and state-of-the-art construction that **** carefully explained before our purchase. I was even more impressed with the installation. After a second measurement between the sell and the install, the windows showed up perfectly sized. **** and his crew were on-time (15 min early actually). They couldn't have been more friendly, courteous and efficient. They finished 10 windows between 7:45am and 1:30pm and they cut no corners. **** even went around the house with me window-by-window explaining how each type (slider, casement or bay) worked a little differently. I couldn't have been more pleased. I wish ALL contractors I've had were this good!Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsMy experience with Thermo-Twin was a great one. The salesman, ********************* was clear in answering my questions. I never felt pressured. He worked with me in choosing the doors and windows and basically all he said, he delivered. The installation crew was fantastic which was a concern for me choosing a company. They had 9 windows and 2 doors removed and installed in about 6.5 hours. My rugs were cleaner when the left than when the came. I asked if they did dishes. I chose Thermo-Twin on their price and a feeling I had that they were trustworthy. I was right. I use word of mouth to recommend them whether you asked or not. (smile)Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsThermo twin is the best company ever!! I can say how happy I am that I choose them. From the start to finish. My call was returned immediately, sales rep **** called set up appt, arrived exactly on time, **** and his crew came and went to work. They explained everything they were going to do. They were all top notch!! Cleaned up inside and outside. My windows were installed December 2023. Product is top quality and fully backed by an exceptional guarantee. T-T was highly recommended to me by 5 satisfied customers.
