5 starsWe have been using Thermo Twin for 20 years. They installed new windows, vinyl siding, a sunroom, deck and front porch all about 20 years ago. Over the years if we have had issues, they are always there to make repairs. They stand by their work. We want to thank ***** ****** and ***** and two other employees for repairing our cement piers under our deck. They are amazing employees who listen to the customer.Review fromDaniel B

5 starsWe recently had all 14 windows in our home replaced by Thermo Twin Co.The ordering, installation and finish work was very good, and we were very happy with the end Result.The Installation Techs were fast and efficient. They cleaned up every day after themselves and did not inconvenience us.All in all we would highly recommend this company.

5 starsOur new windows in our home were great! The whole process was very smooth and each person in the process was professional and courteous, from our salesperson, to the receptionist, and finally the installers. After sitting through other sales pitches that were long, drawn-out, and way over-priced, it was refreshing to deal with a sales team that was straight and to the point with the quality of product as well as pricing. The quality of the windows are so much better than our old ones, and the installers were quick, efficient, and cleaned up nicely in the end. I also appreciated the follow-up call a few weeks later to see how we were liking everything. If you are in Thermo-Twin's service area, I would highly recommend them for you window needs!Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsOur double front doors are beautiful! Everyone was so helpful and professional, from the salesperson to the install guys. We also did price comparisons with similar companies and Thermo-Twin was the best. 5 starsExcellent work. Excellent service. I have been enjoying my French doors for several years, and thought I had a locking issue. I contacted the sales *** (on a Sunday night!), and the service department sent someone to my house within 24 hours! After a quick ****** (I'm embarrassed to admit) on use of the lock, the installer was on his way. Everyone at Thermo-Twin has been gracious and professional. The final product is absolutely the best!
