5 starsVery knowledgable salesman, precise scheduling well in advance and just as important, arrived on time at the scheduled date. Well trained install crew worked as a team, thoroughly cleaned up work site, and finished completely in one day. The install went well because their craftsman did an accurate measurement before ordering. Finally, top quality door and windows. Oh, we are very pleased with our mew windows and entry.

5 starsThermo Twin installed a new front door at my home. They were great to work with from beginning to end. We loved the salesperson, the office staff and the installers. From the beginning they were upfront about the time itd take to fabricate the door, the costs and the overall process. Thermo Twin is clearly full of total pros that are not only really proud of their products but they also care deeply about the client experience. Ill be a return customer and an advocate for them because I believe the employee ownership makes all the difference.Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsWe completely enjoyed working with Thermo-Twin. ***** our salesperson was friendly and quite helpful. He answered all our questions and explained the process well. The installation team was very friendly, courteous and waisted no time getting to work. They replaced 13 windows, cleaned ** in a day. They showed the upmost respect for our home and worked around our work day seeing we both work from home. On time, clean and professional.My old windows were 23 years old, and when I walked into my bedroom, I could actually smell the rain when it was raining outside. What a difference new windows make.This is my second house Ive owned and I used Thermo Twin in my first one as well . Employee owned, and locally made was a big plus for me. 5 starsRecently, we had two existing windows (not Thermo Twin) replaced with new Thermo Twin windows and one additional new Thermo Twin window installed where there was previously no window. We now have 19 windows in our house, and they are now all by Thermo Twin. Each time we've dealt with Thermo Twin, the process has been smooth and professional. The windows look great, they are a significant upgrade, and you can't tell the difference between the three we recently had installed and the ones installed in 2004. Maybe the best part is they are a great local company selling affordable windows with a great warranty.Thermo-Twin Windows

From beginning to end - I had 7 windows and 4 doors installed - the crews arrived on time and completed the job timely and professionally - They left my house spotless and everybody was so kind and helpful - I've never experienced a smoother home improvement project!!!
