    This company has called me and my husband numerous times stating that I owe money. They have left numerous messages threatening paperwork being filed if I don’t contact them within 48 hours for whatever mysterious debt they claim I owe. I’ve never even heard of this company. I don’t know if this is a legit company but they are using illegal tactics and I want it to stop immediately.

    Myself and my boyfriend are receiving phone calls from someone named Mac saying there is a complaint filed against me by his client and I have 48 hours to call him back with a statement before they move forward.
    Every time they call it is from a different number. I have not received any letters in the mail and am very scared to call them as all the reviews and complaints against this company say the same thing and that people who started paying them money for what they thought was paying back a loan, turned into a scam.

    On May 6 I received numerous calls and voicemails from a Vincent R**** about a complaint filed against me. There's nothing on my credit report or anything this person was able to provide to prove anything. But I did warn this person that they're breaking the law regarding the rule of 7 as they continued to call me on my two work numbers and in addition, they called other numbers that are tied to the business I work for and left voicemails that are intimidating and humiliating. This is some shady practices and I will file a court matter against this company if it continues.

    Company representatives have contacted me at my place of business, my personal phone and my daughters personal phone leaving threating messages impersonating a legal office. The tactics utilized have caused my daughter and I a great deal of trauma possibly even triggering PTSD. The tactics can have potential life threatening results on people.

    Constantly calling my phone number and other third parties phone numbers. Following this complaint I will also be contacting the FTC for violating my consumer rights. They call my family members making it seem I’m going to jail or court immediately. I’m constantly getting messages and voicemails from supposedly PI’s “working for the court” wanting my address and personal information to serve me with a summons, if this would be a legit court situation they could easily find my information needed and serve documents but it’s constant harassment that if I don’t reply they will send this of to court, this will publicly serve as my cease and desist request: To Whom It May Concern: This will serve as your legal notice under the FDCPA to cease all communication with me or anyone that I may know in regards to this so called debt. Do not contact me or any other third parties, and family, and place of employment regarding this so called debt. Furthermore, I formally dispute the validity of this debt. Please provide me with the documentation that supports why you believe this debt belongs to me, and why you believe I owe this amount. Please send me copies of the original application for this account, my signature associated with the account, and any bills associated with this account. I am specifically citing the following violations of the FDCPA by this company: 1. A debt collector may not contact the consumer at his or her place of employment if the collector has reason to believe the employer prohibits such communications. As a state government agency, this communication is prohibited by my employer. 2. The company threatens or implies legal action and/or crimes using terms such as "pre-litigation". 3. Falsely represented legal process. Any further contact to myself or other parties associated with me may result in legal action including but not limited to: notification to state attorney general, notification to the FTC, and notification to the CFPB

    I have received many calls from different numbers claiming they have tried to serve me papers at my house, someone is always home, which they haven't. When I call the local number back it always wants me to leave a message and someone will call me back. When they leave a message they say they are another company, but always gives a phone number that goes to this business. Every person I talk to when I return their call is very rude and always threatens me with a lawsuit being filed the next day unless I set up a payment plan right then. I asked the last person if they could send me something in the mail about the debt they said no they could not. I'm tired of the calls multiple times a day.

    I am being harassed and threatened by MRG group regarding a civil issue according to the voice mails they leave me. They reach out to family and my work and they use threatening language in an attempt to recover a debt. A debt they won’t leave me any information about. I have debt collectors call before and they have information or will send you documentation. This “business” uses harassment and threats to attempt to recover a debt, of which they disclose no information about. I want to calls to stop and if they do in fact need me to settle something, they need to do it in a legal way and I would work with them if I did in fact owe something.

    I've been called on my cell phone and have had voice mails left by a Randy J***** with Main Resolution Group. The messages state they are trying to reach my wife and that there is a complaint filed against her. There is no reference to who filed the complaint or what it is in regards to, it simply says "a complaint filed by 'my client'...." The message says that there has to be some kind of statement within 48 hours by my wife or her legal representative in ********** to state law or the paperwork will be filed for...something. The number they are calling from is not the same number that the voice mail leaves to call them back. In looking into Main Resolution Group online, it sounds like this is more than likely some kind of scam that uses intimidating language to scare people into giving them money. I would like for them to stop contacting us. I have blocked their number, but it changes every time they call. They are using local numbers to call with hopes that I might pickup.

    I received threatening phone calls from Main Resolution Group threatening litigation over an unpaid loan. I agreed to settle the account with a payment plan because they threatened to come to my house to serve me with a lawsuit. I received several messages wanting me to confirm my address so they could serve me. I fell for their scare tactics. I wish I had read the BBB complaints first. During the initial call I informed them not to contact me at work. I have received approximately 20 calls to my work in the past 5 days.

    This company has called ever few hours different numbers on caller ID than number to call back from, threating I have 48 hours or will escalate process on complaint they have against me for their client. They never say who or what call is about. Have called the corporate office saying they are somebody else. Also a different number. The message left sounds very threatening. As far as I know they haven't started going after friends and family yet like some others stated but who knows. If this is the way this company does business its no wonder they have so many complaints. I would like them to stop.
