5 starsMy usual plumber sold out so we needed to find another dependable, reasonably priced plumber ******* sink drain blocked up and it was further than the pipes below the sink. ***! They only charge $99 for initial evaluation. He gave us several options if the first attempt failed. $500. was quoted and it was fixed in no time. And it was less than $500!!They are now our go-to plumber from now on!Paul The Plumber

5 starsWe called Paul the Plumber LLC on January 27, 2025. A young man by the name of **** E responded to our problem. Our well pump that brings the water from our well to our house let go during the night .He called us and came and fixed our problem. He said what the estimate was to be and within 2 hrs. He had the old tank removed and a new one installed. He was excellent, very polite, professional, courteous, He explained the veterans and senior discount which is very helpful today. We would recommend them highly to anyone who needs a plumber. I give him a 5 rating .Even a higher rating if it was allowed . Very satisfied.Paul The Plumber

5 starsI had a fantastic experience with Paul the Plumber again today. **** came to fix a frozen pipe issue in my home. From start to finish, he was professional, prompt, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue and explained the best approach to fix it, making sure I understood everything before proceeding. Not only did he get the pipe thawed and repaired efficiently, but he also took extra steps to ensure that everything was insulated properly to prevent future problems. His work was thorough, and he cleaned up everything before leaving. I truly appreciate his dedication and expertise. 1 starI was completely beside myself and sticker shocked when a service taking 3 minutes to complete cost $701 after my husbands 5% veteran discount was applied. Although our toilet is a Kohler product, and i was told incredibly expensive and difficult to purchase i cannot justify that amount of money being charged no matter how many times i dice and slice. There should be an explanation as to what service call costs along with cost of part. Lowes and ********** charge less for entire toilets.Paul The Plumber

We also always quote the price of the job, and get approval before we do the work. Its true that smaller, or one man operations can be cheaper, but we do business differently, and have found that thousands of homeowners in ** see tremendous value in the way we operate. Good questions to ask when youre considering going with a cheaper company; Will they be available for me when I need them? Can I trust that theyll show up on time, and complete the work when they say they will? Has the person who comes to my home been background checked? Are they competent and knowledgeable on how to fix my problem? Do they offer the same guarantees and warranty on their work, and actually stand by them? Do they properly compensate their employees with fair wages, benefits, and health insurance? At Paul The Plumber we try to create a customer experience that goes beyond just the job itself. In order to do that, and answer yes to all the questions above, there are added costs, but we truly believe that it is the right way to do business.Review fromNANCY P
