5 stars**** m did a fantastic job with my shower head very diligent attempt to fix issue keeping me from having to call the company who put the new shower stall in and removing a wall. A very friendly and competent employee good job

1 starHorrible this place tried to charge me 410 dollars to replace a flapper in the toilet. I bought one at ******** for $5 snd replaced the old one in literally 4 minutes. This place is a disgrace and should be investigated for price gouging. Use a local independent plumber, youll save hundreds. The general manager had no excuse other than thats the price we charge, if you dont like it fine, we dont fix it. Most unprofessional conversation ever. DO NOT USE PAUL THE PLUMBER, you will be extremely overcharged. ( and I was a repeat customer! Never again)Paul The Plumber

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We are priced the way we are for numerous reasons, but ultimately it comes down to what it costs us to deliver a high level of service for customers. We also always quote the price of the job, and get approval before we do the work. Its true that smaller, or one man operations can be cheaper, but we do business differently, and have found that thousands of homeowners in ** see tremendous value in the way we operate. Good questions to ask when youre considering going with a cheaper company; Will they be available for me when I need them? Can I trust that theyll show up on time, and complete the work when they say they will? Has the person who comes to my home been background checked? Are they competent and knowledgeable on how to fix my problem? Do they offer the same guarantees and warranty on their work, and actually stand by them? Do they properly compensate their employees with fair wages, benefits, and health insurance? At Paul The Plumber we try to create a customer experience that goes beyond just the job itself. In order to do that, and answer yes to all the questions above, there are added costs, but we truly believe that it is the right way to do business.Review fromDonald B

5 starsThe men that work for them were very friendly hard working guys. The install came out beautiful nice neat and clean work. The crew was great to work with always keeping me up to date on where they were at with the install. Cant say enough good things about there crew. So glad we went with Paul The Plumber. 5 starsPaul the Plumber went above and beyond for us when our boiler stopped working recently. They got it back up and running in a timely manner without stopping until we were happy with the result. 5 starsThis will be long so if you don't want to read - we recommend highly!! Plumbing service: We are converting a half bath into a full bath and needed plumbing services. We reached out to Paul the Plumber and have had the best experiences! Trip 1 - We were able to request a quote visit easily and received same day response to book the walk through. They came to visit within 2 days and had the quote back to me within 2 HOURS! I've literally never had that happen. I feel like I usually have to wait 2-5 days to get back quotes. My husband is very capable and we wanted to save money, so we then requested quotes for additional plumbing services. They provided seperate quotes for each (same day) so we could pick and choose what we wanted done. They came back a second time to review the scope of work and confirm that we were all on the same page, and then booked the work for within a week. Trip 2 - We wanted more work done. I emailed the request and received a call back with an offer for an appointment the next day. I was not available so was able to book two days out. They came by, reviewed the area and what needed to be done and provided the quote immediately again. We reviewed the quote and approved late on a Friday. On Monday morning I received a call that they were available that same Wednesday. ****** and his apprentices arrived on time, were friendly and were respectful of my home. They were great about making sure doors were closed and that my chunky cat didn't wander into areas she is not allowed, and they cleaned up after themselves. I absolutely 100% recommend themPaul The Plumber
