5 stars*** G and his assistant that I didnt get his name came to install a kitchen sink faucet . Gave out right cost and install a new faucet . From the start , *** and associate are friendly, professional and did the job well. I will use Paul the Plumber again when I need plumbing to be fix. And ***** did multiple services (leak from hot water pipe, servicing the heater, faucet installation) at our house and took care of everything that we needed done. 5 starsDo not hesitate to call Paul The Plumber if you need plumbing or electrical service. This is the most reliable, responsible, and honest company in our beautiful NH. We had several jobs performed at home by them and we have never been disappointed: knowledgeable, careful work with total detail, and explanation of what is supposed to be done. 1 starCharge over $600.00 for less then two hours of work. The technician started the repairs without giving an estimate. I asked for an estimate, he said it will be a fair price. When the tech finished he asked to sign the paperwork indicating I am satisfied. He asked me my credit card information and I foolishly gave him. I thought for a few hours of labor and some minor parts would be approximately $200.00. I called the company and they said the charge was fair. They refused to reduce the charge.Paul The Plumber

We are priced the way we are for numerous reasons, but ultimately it comes down to what it costs us to deliver a high level of service for customers. We also always quote the price of the job, and get approval before we do the work. Its true that smaller, or one man operations can be cheaper, but we do business differently, and have found that thousands of homeowners in ** see tremendous value in the way we operate. Good questions to ask when youre considering going with a cheaper company; Will they be available for me when I need them? Can I trust that theyll show up on time, and complete the work when they say they will? Has the person who comes to my home been background checked? Are they competent and knowledgeable on how to fix my problem? Do they offer the same guarantees and warranty on their work, and actually stand by them? Do they properly compensate their employees with fair wages, benefits, and health insurance? At Paul The Plumber we try to create a customer experience that goes beyond just the job itself. In order to do that, and answer yes to all the questions above, there are added costs, but we truly believe that it is the right way to do business.Review fromDiane L

5 stars**** and ***** arrived about 45 minutes after my initial phone call to Paul the plumber. They were knowledgeable, and fully equipped to fix my plumbing problem and made recommendations on how to assess another issue. In addition, they were both very nice and personable. **** mentioned he remembered coming here around a year or so ago to replace my hot water heater. I could not be more satisfied with ALL of the work Ive had done (plumbing and electrical) with your company. Not a 5 star rating, but a 100 star rating!Paul The Plumber

Before the technician comes to your home you receive a text, with their picture and also you can follow the truck to the door. There are no surprises. You receive an estimate before the work starts and the price. When done you get a written guarantee on parts and labor. For even better prices and service join their club. Receive discounts on estimates, parts and labor. Also longer times on guarantees. I highly recommend Paul the Plumber for all your household need. I am a customer and proud to say so.Paul The Plumber

5 starsMy special needs son flushed his favorite toys down our toilet the day before the 4th of July . Paul the plumber came out that day, located the clog, and was able to get everything working. These guys are awesome!! Highly recommended and everyone from the technician to receptionist were so nice!Paul The Plumber
