4 starsEven though Home Smart had to redo my first install, I am completely satisfied with them at this point. My first installation team was not experienced and numerous things were done wrong and my panels damaged. They sent out a rep to investigate and we were told(at first) they could not do anything as my shower was installed. My husband and I had to be aggressive and go to top management for a resolution, which was done within a week. Home Smart knew it was the fault of the installation team and they made it right by completely redoing my shower. The new team was COMPLETELY professional, competent, and knowledgeable on what they where doing. It’s unfortunate they used the first installation team. I am giving them 4 stars since they totally resolved my issue when it was convenient for me. I NEVER had any communication issues with them. Home Smart ALWAYS got back to me in a timely manor.Review fromRoxanne M

Have doors and a full house, garage, and cellar of new windows. My siblings also used Rite Windows

5 stars4 windows, the ones I choose came in just under 6 thou. Everything was explained thoroughly, no surprises. They sent occasional emails while we waited to let us know, we were not forgotten. On time and no surprises on instillation day. Vinny knew what he was doing, went right to work, knocked them out no issues. I would recommend them.Rite Window™

4 starsIt was a pleasure doing business with Rite Window. Everyone did their job well. The sales person was very knowledgeable, The installers worked consistently the entire day, finishing when it was dark. Unfortunately, because of the dark, we did not notice until the next morning that four windows were put in the wrong rooms and under the slider the board was not cut to the correct size.. The triple panes were put where the double panes should have gone and vice versa. A call to the sales person and the service manager took care of our concerns right away. It was an easy fix and was done within a few days. Yes, it would have been better if the mix-up did not happen, but it was remedied and we are very pleased to be able to see out our windows and the noise from the business abutting our property is much lessRite Window™
