1 starMy husband and I hired this company.Then my husband sees that one of the workers did not do a good job putting the pipe in for a shower we are suppose to have done. Then my husband finds out they did not have a permit to do this job. My husband went to town hall to deal with ****** town hall is waiting for more information from this company to give them a ********* careful and make sure you see a permit from this ********** is so stressful,now to wait and see when I get the shower ,they are also tired of getting away with a different shower floor.

The name **** ****** who has the contract with the company Rite Window. This should help you find what you are looking for Let me know . The permit still has not been approved yet,because the company Rite Window did not send in more drawings,on how they will fix the problems they did not do it correctly. There is more about this company, let me know if you want more information on what is taking place.The guy coming in Monday is coming in to take measurements to do the drawing. I do not understand why he *********** Hall where I live told the company about this on 9/16/2025,about needing more drawings.I hoped this helped find what you are looking for with my husband name.Review fromJacob Y

5 starsThis was my first time replacing windows and a door, and the process was truly an education. Living in a historic neighborhood added another layer of complexity, as I needed guidance with the historical application review, permitting, and ensuring the updates were historically appropriate.I sourced eight companies for this project, and while several were competitive on pricing and product offerings, Rite Window stood out because of ***. From the beginning, he explained product options clearly even the custom opportunities in a way that helped me feel informed and confident in making such a significant investment. Every question I asked was welcomed and answered quickly. *** even went above and beyond by sending a sample product and supporting me in presenting to the historical society, when approval felt uncertain.Rite Window came to my attention because of their strong reviews, similar to other ******-area competitors. I ultimately narrowed my search based on pricing and product quality. But I chose Rite Window because of Jays attention to detail, consistent communication, and professionalism. His pride in the organization is evident, and I hope the company recognizes how valuable he is.Thank you, ***, and thank you, Rite Window. 1 starI had a horrible experience having my Kohler shower installed by this company. Their sales tactics are unethical. I was lied to regarding financing, which I was pressured into signing up for. Then when they came to install my shower the base had a crack in it, which they didn't mention until they showed up. I had already taken the day off of work and agreed to just have it installed anyway since I was upgrading for handicapped accessibility more than appearance. They cut wires under my floor AND DID NOT TELL ME! After they left my lights and appliances weren't working and I had to reach out to them to ask about it! They saw my son in his power wheelchair and that I was disabled myself and STILL left me with that fire hazard and no warning. When they came back to "fix" it they left me with a giant drywall patch in my living room. They cut the curtain rod too short which caused a falling hazard for me. The shower hose wasn't long enough to reach the shower bench at the back of the shower and when I requested a longer one they were going to charge me $80 until I complained! If you are disabled DO NOT use this company. They will take advantage of you and make your life harder.Review fromConnie M.

1 starDo not use Rite Window and Bath!Slapdash Installation Faulty shower design, poor workmanship, as well as mismatched and defective Kohler products.The Rite Window and Bath managers demonstrated little respect, were dismissive of our concerns, and minimized the structural flaws and poor workmanship.When it was apparent Rite Window and Bath were not going to adequately address our concerns, I filed a complaint with ********************. The result of their investigation resulted in the removal of the shower and reinstall with a new design. 1 starWe would NOT recommend this company to anyone.We were very disappointed by what we ultimately learned about the financing arrangement for our bathtub replacement project. We made a downpayment (almost $6K) on our credit card, but we were told that our finacing of the remaining amount due (almost $14K) would not start for 18 months. We even discussed that we would have 18 months to payoff the downpayment before we would need to address the remaining amount due. This week we received notification that payments on the remaining amount would begin next month, thereby putting a snag in our plan to payoff the downpayment in 18 months before interest became due to that too. Yes... interest on the remaining amount will not begin for 18 months, but now we have to find some way to make payments on the remaining amount during the period when we thought we would payoff the downpayment. 5 starsI absolutely love my new shower. I smile from ear to ear every time in go in my bathroom..They did an awesome job putting it in. They were respectful and laid down clothes to protect my floor and cover my bed so no dust would get on it. They asked me questions on specific things like where I wanted the bars etc, Outside of that I must say I am totally impressed that they didnt forget me once the job was done. I had received several calls from Sales manager & other managers that over saw the project taking care to make sure I was happy & if I had a questions or concerns. **** Goose-******* ( the person who sets up the appointments) went above & beyond helping me with a small questions I had that was not her responsibility . They all work as a team & are about their customers even when the job is done. Thank you ****** & Rite Window.
