    The service did not provide the security that they promised. Also I was charged for renewal after I canceled. Have ask for refund and nothing

    I have gone to their website on multiple occasions to cancel their service, which I never ended up using. I have googled how to cancel it more than once and done everything I was instructed to do. Every time, I reach a point where I can go no further and sometimes I can't even complete the process they describe. Every month, they still charge me. This has been going on for almost a year. Terrible company, useless service. If there's anyone who knows how I can press criminal charges against them, let me know.

    I think it works as advertised, but after paying them they have tried to charge my bank card $38 and despite my bank flagging it as fraud forcing me to close the card They still try to steal an additional $38 every 3 days. This continues as I write this. I bought the subscription in July 2024. Its Aug 8 2024 currently. My bank will go after them. Stupid to do that to a paying customer. Thats how you get a 1 star review, trying to take $38 every three days after paying for it.

    Product Failed. I canceled approximately 1 year ago in 2023, Billing of $99 annually Continued!! I phoned TotalAV Antivirus this time, as cancelling on their website failed. My TotalAV Account shows all products were "uninstalled" from my previous cancellation, but even then, my card was billed! Completely Dissatisfied with this fraudulent company! In addition to the fraud, **************** Refused to refund my shocking $99 current bill!! Never Again!!

    totalAV promotes itself as a company that provides antivirus software. I purchased the software in January 2024 to guard against viruses. The company cancelled my subscription in January 2024 but continues to charge my bank account after they cancelled my subscription. I have tried several times to contact Totalav but replying to their email of notifications returns the error 550 Unroutable address. I deleted the software from my phone. I have tried to contact the company. I have tried to reply to emails. To no reconciliation am I able to contact the company and request that money taken from bank account be returned. I finally had to file cancel my credit card to keep this predatory company from stifling money from my bank account. I received an email from the company totalAV saying they cancelled my subscription ************ has cancelled my service, suspended my serive but keep s coming back for money but I can not reach the company by phone, text email.I am being financial hacked by this company as well as financially abused. I am requesting that thin company loose what ever standing that is noted about them to a lower score within Better business Bureaus of California where it is based.

    This India base company just charged ****** from my CC after canceling this account.They owe me a refund and got offensive after I told them there is no where it states that I can't receive my refund and that AD Blocker is already part of the account.They are deplorable and needs to be shut down

    Terrible company to do business with. They offered me a good deal with a substantial discount for one year subscription to which I agreed, when I gave them my billing information they harged me full price without the discount, I contacted them and the returned the extra money they charged, I paid them for one year subscription in June 2023, in October 10, 2023 they informed me they had to cancell my subscription due to a failed payment attempt and they offered me a reactivation discount. I was out of the Country in ****** at the time but when I returned on December 2, 2023 I informed them I paid for one year in June 2023 and told them I was very upset with their company because I received a message from my credit card company that they were still harging my credit card and they received an unauthorized payment for $31.00, from *********** Credit Card. I told them to cancel my account and also I cancelled my billing card with ***********, but they keep trying to charge my account $119.00 for a year subscription, they tried several times morewhen I already told them I am not interested any longer, I even emailed them several times asking them not to try to steal my money because I don't want their service. Last time they tried to charge my credit card was June 22, 2024. Awful company to deal with.

    I initially paid 1.99 for services not rendered by Totaladblock. Since they did not do the job promised, I went with another company. Totaladblock has been taking money out of my acct. without permission as of today. They make it impossible to cancel services. They want you to give your card info. and pay to stop the intrusion. Do not use

    The BBB rating and accreditation should be F! I also signed up for $1.99, then stupidly added a year for $39. With in minutes a charge of $38 was put on my account and then the above charges. I clicked on the ad thinking it was legit, immediately called the company, never to talk to a person, except for the customer service number given only to be told he is not customer service, gave me the same number I had already tried- never can talk to a person. Tried to login, never got the email for forgot password as I had not ever set up an account. This morning got the email, again stupidly clicked on it to get this message: "This message seems dangerous Similar messages were used to steal people's personal information. Avoid clicking links, downloading attachments or replying with personal information." So I'm done with them, I hope this goes farther than just writing this email. Doesn't BBB so something when so many people have the same problems?????

    This service is a disgrace, after using the scanning software, antivirus. The design for deleting duplicate files is awkward & antiquated without dynamic support for feedback installed, that'd allow customers to make requests on functionality issues. In my case, the duplicate files couldn't be eliminated by me, the window wasn't expandable, not good software. My efforts to delete those files manually, without interactive feedback, I couldn't expand the black window, so deleting duplicate files wasn't easy, Totalav forced me to attempt to delete them manually. Not that I wanted to delete each file myself, I selected delete duplicate files, I expected TotalAV software to delete those files automatically. It can be a choice, but I wasn't even given that choice. Also needed is a fix, your advertisement isn't "software assistance, it's harassment." After I download TotalAV I don't like being bombarded by your different ads, it's in bad taste & very poor marketing software that assaults its clients, they won't stay your clients. No matter how highly rated, which is ******** if Totalav isn't accountable and continues to avoid feedback.
