    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with your service. Despite canceling my subscription, I have been charged for the upcoming year, and I have been unable to obtain a refund. I have attempted to contact your customer support multiple times, but to no prevail lack of communication is very frustrating and unprofessional. I request an immediate resolution to this issue. Please confirm the cancellation of my subscription and process my refund at your earliest convenience. I expect a prompt response to this matter.

    I am sick of getting your ads threatening me with claims of *********** sites interfering with my internet search activity. You clearly get these sites to make it look like they are random and not generated by you for shock effect. Maybe I will share my frustrations with the ****

    I paid for the App. I checked all the options in the settings menu on my iPhone. I tested it on various websites and nothing changed. It doesn't work.If I can't cancel the service I will dispute my subscription via my bank.

    My Total AV stopped responding. This company is difficult to contact. I called Total AV and spent over an hour trying to fix what was wrong. I was informed my account was comprised. I needed to delete my account, receive a refund and then reinstall the program. The person helping used an app AnyDesk to access my computer. I finished the uninstall via Total AV screen. I was directed to give them my bank info to receive a refund. I refused. At point a manger came on and after some conversation started to pump me to help him financially. I ended the conversation and shutdown my computer. Was this entire conversation a scam? Im sure it was. Im still not able to contact Total AV. *****!

    TotalAV raised their annual subscription renewal price from $39 to $119 without disclosing this extreme price hike to their customers. That is a whopping ******% increase automatically charged to everyone's accounts, again, without their prior knowledge. I have never seen such an extreme price increase on any similar software. I also have never seen a subscription renewal email that did NOT clearly disclose the price of renewal. It is horribly deceptive to the point where it should be considered theft. I will never support this company again and I will be warning all of my peers about this company. I am a data analyst so I know many people who rely on computer virus protection and I am sure they will avoid this company moving forward.

    I have Total Adblock, the Premium paid one. But I still get a lot of Ads in my email, especially scam companies. I have to assume it doesn't do anything with ******** because I have to let friends know that a Hacker tries to Friend me and my friends. I always verify them, but evidently no help there from Adblock. I'm underwhemed with their services right now, especially when I see my monthly payment of almost $15 come through. It certainly blocks websites that I use all the time and I have to let them know it's okay too many times. I will now start keeping a list of how many times I see a pop up or an ad.

    I was trying to find an antivirus program for my phone because my lifelock ran out and it didnt seem like I could get it back. This company offered a free trial and said it would only charge 1.99 a month after that. They immediately started charging my debit card 1.99 a week. When I spoke to a man thru their chat service he said it was free even though my bank showed me the charges. I asked to cancel the account immediately and send my money back. He then tried to offer me all kinds of deals. I told him I wasnt interested since he had lied to me already about their program. He sent me email after email that was supposed to cancel it. Lo and behold, no further charges from THAT bank! But today I got a fraud alert from my other bank for 1.99 from Total AV! How do I stop this???

    I can not cancel this bunch of c*** It does not work & they tell me my email is invalid. They sent me messages on the same email. No respond email. If available it would be 0 stars. I can not get them to cancel.
