    We had what we thought was a small water leak coming from the bathtub spout – specifically when the diverter was pulled.
    And because I just LOVE plumbing so much...we called ReddiServices and Mr. ***** ****** came right out.
    Shortly after arriving he replaced the spout, still water leak – more diagnostics. This time coming from the hot/cold valve – I saw that leak also. (***** made sure that I saw everything.) Wow, small leak into giant repair. Time to open the wall and replace a (probably) 50 year old Delta valve.
    Several hours later and a couple of trips to get parts...***** had it completed, or so we thought...STILL a small leak down at the spout again...geez !!
    More diagnostics...he found that the copper pipe was very slightly cracked right at the wall – very hard to see. Fixed (I saw the water coming from it also.)
    ...we’ve had the 2 leaks apparently for a while and that would explain what made us suspect a leak.
    It shows when you are a professional plumber….not just a “fix-it” guy.
    Thanks *****...great work. Very pleased. Will definitely be using ReddiServices here on out.

    ****** of Reddi Services came to our home to clean out a blocked floor drain in our basement. He performed the service on a Sunday night. ****** explained in detail the cause of the blockage and corrected the problem. He also identified and corrected a leak in a pipe. Reddi Services provided excellent and fast service.

    Once again Reddi Service fixed us up. The concrete left in the drain is continuing to flake off in front of the new drain pipes serving the upper floor of our house that was installed several weeks ago.
    What was thought to be a leak in a recently installed basement toilet turned out to be yet another plugged up pipe. Don H********** came out to fix the leak at the base of the toilet and low and behold it was a plugged up line. Damion F******** removed the plug and the entire system was viewed with a camera. Belly is in our line with concrete at bottom and some on the sides as viewed with the camera. An estimate is in to entirely replace the entire line under the concrete basement floor. This was done by a crew lead by Don H**********.
    Damion has fixed our plugged septic lines twice now in different parts of the lines in the house. At this juncture, we will be using Reddi Services to completely replace the entire septic line in our house to completely rid the lines of the damn concrete that is flaking off and jamming the flow of "stuff".
    As to why is there concrete in our septic pipes? Only place there is concrete in our house is the fireplace which is next to farthest bathroom and tub. Would speculate during construction, the tub was used to clean tools. Yea boneheads.

    Reddi Services Inc. Technician Nick P***** did an excellent job taking care of our plumbing problem. He was very personable and friendly. He was very good in explaining what he did and what was causing the problem. He addressed concerns to watch for in the future. I would highly recommend Reddi Services Inc. for any plumbing needs.
