  Reddi Services Is a great company for any plumbing issues I highly recommend them. Damion and Josh where very professional and solved my problem with my clogged pipes.

  I was told my kitchen drain needs fixed, so they tore up my basement floor only to tell me that I then need to have my front yard tore up as well. I then contacted the City of Indep., where they confirmed that the issue was not my responsibility but theirs. If I had not called Reddi Services would of gladly charged me for that as well. Now 3 years later I continue to have problems and had someone else tear up my floor drain only to find, Reddi Services put a PVC pipe and boot onto a heavily damaged pipe and called it a day! I contact them to discuss the problem and wait three days for someone to finally state, I am on the do not service list. Why? Because they knew they didn't correct the problem or because I was an unhappy customer before of their run around????? This is ridiculous and I hope not one else is scammed by this company!! Not to mention I have a small baby in the home as well that I am unable to use my kitchen sink to prepare meals for!!

  Ms. M******, on 8.10.2020 Reddi Services Inc. came out due to kitchen sink not draining.  Reddi Services Inc. ran the drain no charge and informed you they pulled back mud.  The following day we came back with a mini camera to look into the kitchen sink drain, once again no charge to you.  We gave a free onsite estimate to repair kitchen sink line, you then accepted the estimate and on 8.12.2020 we came and repaired the line.  On 8.20.2020 you called and stated kitchen sink was not draining again.  Reddi Service inc. then came out, no charge and found that the problem this time was not the kitchen sink line it was the main line and it had roots in it, we cleaned and cabled to get roots out.  On 9.22.2020 you called again for the main line backing up, Once again we cabled and ran camera down at no charge.  I am aware you feel like this all had to do with the original repair.  Your kitchen sink is a separate line that ties into your main line.  When the tech came the call was for a kitchen drain promblem.  The main line had roots in it so obviously there was a crack in your cast iron in order for the roots to grow.  That is not anything Reddi Services did.  I apologize that all this happened in a short time period. Cast iron and the clay tile are from a long time ago it does age and break that is why the city has made it a rule you have to use pvc to replace the line. 

  
  

  The City of Idependence, I reached out to them to get their report on the repair of your line and what they found when they told you that it was not your responsibility.  They have no reports and they do not show where they have been to this property for this reason.  If you have the reports from city to show that this was their findings I would appreciate if you attached them to this complaint.

  Correct I called for my kitchen sink drain. The kitchen sink drain was NEVER repaired! What was repaired was my A PIECE of my floor drain! I paid for a section of my floor drain to be repaired. In doing so I continued to have problems. So you then told me I needed you to tear up my front yard for the problem! I contacted the City of Independence and they were the ones that said I DID NOT need my front yard tore up and the problem was in a different area, in which they replaced. Had I not contacted them, you would of gladly taken more money from me! The pictures show that the piece repaired was connected by a fitting to a heavily damaged pipe. The entire pipe was bad not just a piece, and pipe you charged me for was NOT my kitchen sink drain but my floor drain! Do to your poor customer service and poor repair with no contact call returned, I have had to spend more money to have the kitchen sink rerouted to correct the problem. I feel if you had done the job correctly the FIRST time, I wouldn't of had to call for another issue. And if you would of returned my emergency call that I had made over a four day period you would of had the opportunity to fix your mistake! That never happened and I had to have someone else correct my issue so I could prepare meals for my son. And on a separate note: most homes this age have roots that need to be maintained BUT that was not what caused you to replace a piece of my floor drain and wanting more money to repair another non problem area! Again I have pictures to show the exposed pipe that you connected to and it clearly shows the damage and the correct pipe that a piece of was replaced. So again I ask why am on the do not service?! Your company took my money and repaired a piece of a heavy damaged pipe(floor drain) for what reason?

  
  

  Edit: There isn't a report to retrieve, because my property never had any kind of issue that needed fixed outside of the home, as Reddi Services lead me to believe. They did unnecessary work and never addressed the kitchen drain. But state, I needed a piece of floor drain replaced, my main outside the home to sewer needed replaced and needed to be snaked twice in two months?

  Damion came to my house on a Sunday morning to clear my laundry line. He did an excellent job, very professional, cleaned up his mess. Damion told me in order to fix my plumbing, it would be costly so he suggested lines be cleaned out whenever needed. I signed an annual agreement to have Reddi Services come out when I need line cleared.

  Damion with Reddi Services was great! He cleared our main line quickly and efficiently. He was professional and nice. We will do business with Reddi Service again! I highly recommend this business for your clogged plumbing issues.

  I was having trouble with my AC unit and called Reddi the company that installed the unit and have performed services on it for the past seven years. They were on site the very next day and added refrigerant and a die into my system. The die indicated a severe leak in the inside unit of the AC. The leaking unit was replaced immediately and new refrigerant and die and the AC was tested. To date the unit is giving us good service.
  
  The Reddi personal was professional and skilled in their work. They kept us in the loop by making it a point that we understood all that they were doing and why. I highly recommend them as a go to company.

  Prompt, excellent service even at 9:30 pm. Zach quickly diagnosed the problem and answered all my questions. The clogged kitchen sink drain line was cleaned out and he left absolutely no mess. Reddi Services and Zach are in a contact list for any future problems.

  Chris H. was a lifesaver for us! He came out late on a Tuesday night after the hottest day of the year so far to our 87° house and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get the cool air flowing again! Chris Hill was incredibly professional, personable, and knowledgeable, he also was able to provide recommendations to help improve the function of our unit! Would definitely call Reddi again.
