    My husband and I battled a persistent odor from our bathroom sink for nearly a year. The original installation company made a couple attempts to resolve the issue, but the problem persisted. That's when Reddi Services were called and we met ****** and ****—what a game-changer!
    They conducted a thorough inspection and discovered not one, but two underlying issues that had been overlooked. They took the time to clearly explain each problem and their solution approach, ensuring we understood exactly what was needed. Despite the complexity of the repairs, they stayed late to complete everything in one visit.
    Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to getting the job done right have earned our complete trust. Reddi Services has become our go-to plumbing company, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

    I have used Reddi Services for a couple years, now I've found their dispatch efficient and effective at timely service arrangements. I've enjoyed courteous and capable technicians for HVAC and plumbing. In two years, I've had only one occasion to request a follow up. They managed it without issue and under the original invoice, despite the time that passed since the original repair. . Especially appreciate ****** ** He took the time to convey some safety information and explain some options for a planned kitchen overhaul in our rather aged house.
    Top notch outfit. I can't recall who recommended them, but I appreciate they've never left me waiting, and never failed to deliver.

    I've continued to rely on Reddi Services for well over a year. All experiences left me satisfied. No issues with Technician bookings - everyone sent arrived on time across multiple bookings. All technicians have maintained courteous demeanors. Only once have I felt a need to request follow up. That follow up was handled with immediacy, and the touch up completed expeditiously.
    Out of that positive follow up, I'd like to commend ****** **, not just for helping with some needed adjustments, but for helping me understand more about my house. (It's an old house and it needs the TLC,) I appreciate his advice helping us plan for future-proofing upgrades.

    **** ****** is the young man who was assigned to take care of our needs this morning. He was promptly on time and once he got all the info for what needed to be done he jumped right in and began. There wasn’t a question asked that he couldn’t answer and we had no doubt about his skills. He was polite and professional, not often seen these days. Thanks!
