    Our main drain clogged and backed up into our basement shower, and it was extremely unpleasant, if you can imagine! We called Reddi Services, and *************************** arrived to save the day. Great skill, amazing attitude and so friendly during a stressful time. I could not believe how reasonable the charge was on a Friday night at 8 PM. You were definitely our hero, *************!

    Was so impressed recently with Reddi Services. ***************** was the technition/professional that I was fortunate enough to meet.     My service person was ****** and he was excellent. He was quick to respond (we called at 7:30 AM on a Sunday and he was at our house within an hour). Explained our problem to us and shot it straight. Didnt try to upcharge or take advantage of my lack of plumbing knowledge. Very courteous, fast, easy to work with. First time using this company but I will use again.

    Today is Thanksgiving and our entire day was almost ruined when we noticed water leaking from our downstairs ceiling onto our floor. After not being able to reach any plumbing company due to today being Thanksgiving. REDDI SERVICES not only answered the call but they were able to send us out a great and professional individual by the name of *******************************!! He was kind, informative, and very knowledgeable about every question that we had. Not only did he discover the problem but he did some extra troubleshooting afterwards, doing that probably saved me and my family hundreds of unnecessary dollars that couldve been spent in the future. We will definitely be using REDDI SERVICES again. I highly recommend them for plumbing services and every other service that their customer provides. They saved our Holiday!! Thanks Again!!!!

    I contacted Reddi Service about my Hot Water Heater not producing hot water and seeing water around the Hot Water Heater. ****** from their office showed up quickly and diagnosed the issue. I scheduled Reddi Service to replace the Hot Water Heater a few days later and again ****** showed up with another technician ****** to install the new item. They both showed great professionalism and skill with ensuring that all questions was answered and the installation went smoothly. Also ***, their Supervisor showed up to ensure that everything was done to correctly. These technicians were awesome and I strongly recommend Reddi Service and employeesAbsolutely incredible customer service and all there technicians should be recognized for their hard work!!

    We have to have our main line snaked every year. Each year we call Reddi Service. They are quick, friendly and knowledgeable. We called at 445 and they were able to get us in the next day.
