  Reddi Services contacted me and said the crew was leaving and would arrive by a certain time. They did. Their task was to add another 6" floor vent off of the main duct to the guest bedroom. It was done perfectly as planned. The crew did the cleanup so well I had no additional cleanup to do. Great job Reddi Services.**********

  Our main drain line was backing up into the basement. Reddi sent out ***************************** to fix our problem. He showed up early. He did an excellent job by removing a massive clump of roots. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Thanks ******!

  ****** and ***** were amazing to work with. They were knowledgeable and helped us figure out what was actually wrong without digging up our basement. We will definitely be using them again.

  Reddi Services was our third plumbing company to try and deal with a persistent toilet clogging. The first company was a complete bust. When they couldn't clear the clog with a toilet snake, they tried to find a drain access, but couldn't find one. The second company cleared the clog, but recommended replacing the toilet, which I did myself. When it clogged I had to wait a week and then wait 4 hours before I called and found out they weren't coming. ***************************** from Reddi Services came the next day, He not only cleared the clog, but found 3 drain accesses (one under the sink) and two more outside. No other issues were found with his camera. And, they were 10 to 20% cheaper than the other plumbers who wanted to use a camera, which they couldn't have done without finding the drain accesses. Kudos to *****! He did a great job.

  Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They will happily take you to cleaners, especially if you are in a vulnerable position. They will not carry required parts on their trucks, and they will charge you for their travel time to AND they will upcharge you for the parts they buy at *********** They will also not give you breakdown of their labor and parts charges. Our experience with a non-running showerhead in a one-shower house went from $450 to $550 to nearly $1200 within a stressful 24-hour period. After the first trip in the evening, they called to ask us to send photos of the shower handle and existing parts, even though they had just been at this house. Next day, multiple trips to ********** were involved and it ended up with a supervisor coming to look at the issue to finalize the fix. We will dispute the ungodly charges.

  2022 4 photos Reddi Services were called to repair a busted pipe and the plumber arrived 12/26/2022. He was to arrive between 2:00pm- 5:00pm. He actually arrive at 5:46pm and walked to our door at 5:52 per our camera system. He then proceeded to tell us he wanted to start in the basement to look for the leak and told us to turn our water on so he could find the leak. This was after we showed him the water damage to our main floor ceiling. We then asked him to start upstairs and he asked if we could leave the water running which we did. He said he thought it was behind our washer. My husband turn the water off to the house and the plumber cut the wall. He then yelled out I found the leak but he needed to go to *********** I took a look at the completely broken pipe and asked him why there was no water damage at which he stated " I don't know". He came back with the pipe and "fixed the pipe" Asked us to turn the water back on and the water continued to leak everywhere. He then said he could come back the next day because there are multiple leaks. We asked for the estimate and he would not provide one, then stated he charged "****** per hour and it would be a all day job. After he left I thought about it and had my husband call to cancel. We scheduled another plumber and he stated "the leak was not behind our washer, and the previous plumber broke the pipe as he did not see any water damage. He found the leak which was on the first floor in the ceiling and were the water was pooling and did not tell me to turn my water on to find the leak. My husband was sent a bill from Reddi Services for ******. I spoke with ************ who stated she was the manager and informed her I was not paying for the damage her plumber did and sent her pictures of her plumber's work as well as the work invoice done by the other plumbing company. She did not apologize for her plumbers lack of integrity nor his signing the invoice with an X. The plumber's name is ***************************.

  I had a problem with one of my service calls and they stepped up and took very good care of my problem. Ive used Reddi Services for a long time and would recommend them to anyone who needs quality help
