  DO NOT USE THEM. Use ************* for factoring. They took $1000 from my first factored load almost a year ago and when I requested it back they said I didnt meet monthly volumes therefore I'm not entitled to receive those funds back. They know damn well that this industry is in a slump especially for box trucks yet they take your money. I do not recommend them and be wise about using a factoring company at all. RTS is a fraud.

  I been with RTS financial since march 2017 its been exactly 7 years yesterday. It got extremely bad this is not a next day funding service. I submitted my invoice on march 15th and today is the 19th of march still not received my funds. I was told that they were waiting for broker verification which it was verified then they told me now we are waiting on our upper management to approve the funds so we can send it to you. Next they are telling me your cargo is $250,000 and the load value is $950,000 after it was delivered already without any damage and clean Bill of lading so they are verifying something since last week I clearly did not understand what because it must be a new rule RTS must come up with. RTS is looking for all kind of excuses to not pay you your hard earned money and they hit you high with prime rates. They pretty much charge you more then 2.5 percent if you combine their reserves and prime rates. I just feel extremely bad how such a good company turned into a nightmare. I would highly suggest get a factoring at %3 somewhere else rather getting a %2.5 with RTS it is a total lie and rip off at the end you are ending up with %3.5 percent on average factoring rate. They will renew your contracts automatically so make sure you confirm with them prior terminating your contract or else you will get stuck with them again. I am so happy that my contract is ending soon in 2 months and I am able to get out of a 2 year contract. It is all up to you guys to decide. I had numerous problems with them which I was told if you use rts fuel card you get a factoring rate at %2 instead of 2.5 which was a lie. There is so much of promises you will get with RTS not a single one will be done by them. !!!AVOID!!!.

  "I had a terrible experience with RTS Factory Company. They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with for my factory needs. Not only did they hold my funds, but they did so without any valid reason. They claimed it was due to a delay in the broker payment, but it was clear that their impatience was the real issue. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers' needs is truly disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with RTS Factory Company to think twice and explore other options. You don't want to risk your hard-earned money with such an unreliable and untrustworthy company."

  This is a predatory criminal organization that preys on small business. They will lie cheat and steal. They will dupe you into a contract. And then Jack up the rates. They have hidden fees in a contract. You can't get out of and don't ever ever think you're going to get your deposit back,, These people are basically satanic in their business dealings. A predatory organization that preys on small American startup businesses which is just shameful.

  This is an absolute criminal organization. They will have hidden fees and they will trick you into a contract that you can't get out of they'll Jack the prices up on you and they will steal your deposit. Don't ever think you'll get that back haha. They steal from small businesses and they are predators and you should absolutely run for the hills

  owner opps stay away! this company is only for big fleets. and is still a bad option! i been with them for bout three years. and they make trucking even harder then it has to be. i have so many bad experiences i have many of them on trust pilot. they gave me free same day wires to take down some. but thats all they care about. they are putting smaller companies out of buisniess. and since my bad reviews they have really been trying to effect my company. apex ecapital are much better im learning after my dealing with rts. i'm not a big reiew guy but i just want to give let people know what i'm going through. and after my last review they just held my funds for no reason. a dedicated lane i do every week. and all the managers do is ask for me to take it down and think they get you to for free wires. never once address the problem. they just want to look good on reviews. i hope no one else has to go through this. be safe and stay away from these guys. safe travels.

  Very dishonest crew. Team 25 said my funds would be released upon proper exit status. Followed their process and they stole my money $2907 and will not return it. Bad company to factor with.

  This company is horrible they shipped the wrong transmission to my house firstly. I was charged 350.00 as a finders fee to the company that I was unaware of. I thought it went towards the purchasing price. It took two weeks for the shipping company to pick up the transmission they had made the mistake of sending. I gave them the vin number,engine size and year make and model. Because I didn't want the wrong part sent to me. Let's just say they continued to lie saying the replacement is being tested and power washed which I knew was a lie. They continued to string me on and while all this was going on I was paying 47.00 payments to the finance company for a transmission I had not received rather than pausing payments til I received the correct product. So after about a few weeks more they finally said the transmission didn't pass testing which we all knew was bs. So just to be nebby I had my wife call and ask for the same model transmission that they couldn't find for me .RTS replied they have one with 61,000 miles and it available. What a scam and fraud this company is!! While processing my refund they tried to keep the 350.00 I paid initially? Wasn't it their fault that I recieved the wrong transmission in the first place. They had nerve. I had to fight tooth and nail with them and I still didn't receive 130.00 due to processing. Please don't use this company they will lie and mislead you. Take your money and then give you a hard time getting it back. If you want issues and problems and like being lied to this is the company for you. None of this was my fault I paid and was screwed over!! They will get their just rewards in the future!! A company like this won't. Last long. BUYER BEWARE!! The worst experience ever!! I wish I could sue Google for recommendating them.

   We will put another complaint on BBB, Google Review, and other legal agencies for:
  Retaliation
  Suffering severe Emotional distress/damages
  Discrimination
  Mental Damages
  Deceptive Practice
  Violation of the state and federal laws - They asked us something to do BUT They said it is NOT mandatory, BUt they made us do it anyways
  Intimidation
  Objectivity
  Lies and trying to feel make us guilty about something they asked us to do
  Anonymous UCC filing so we don't they filed it against us
  Make us vulnerable to other people and drivers can injure us for not getting paid and putting our lives in jeopardy.
   Stopping us from paying our drivers, bills, Rent, cars, and trucks, our Insurance is in cancellation right now after we just paid $7000 2 weeks ago to renew it, can't fuel our trucks, We can't book any loads or they will keep our money again (They owe now $19300) since 01/02/2024

  My husband even mentioned suicide due to all these issues that they can just resolve in 1 hour, but they want us to feel their financial power

  The worse factoring company ever I had only 1 year contract with them but without informing me they had renewed the contract to the next year too,but when I asked the person who's name is Michael he said a excuse that when I signed the contract with them they had a rule in it that they have the authority to renew it next year that I didn't know about but when I asked him about i requested him to give release of letter but he denied it and now he keeps telling me excuses and lies. They hold invoices and create issues with every invoice you submit and when I signed the contract the factoring that we decided was 2.5% but he charged me more then that and they had a lot of hidden feeses. They charged me more then they were supposed to. But when I ask them about they just give me more excuses beware of them.
