"Been working with a direct shipper for 2 years and factoring loads with RTS they pay in 36-41 days we have had 0 payment issues now tht my revenue increased with them RTS tells me i cannot work with them anymore because they don't have a brokerage authority which they have never had or been required to have because they are a direct shipper they are not a brokerFurthermore when i uploaded the invoices the shipper had a C rating which is good then RTS held the invoices and told me they had been downgraded when i explained to them they are a shipper and not a broker and have never had a broker authority and asked why this would be brought up 2 years later i was told they will look into it but for now no funding and cannot work with my biggest customer which will put me out of business very scary company so work with they always get super nice during renewal time and then right back to the same ** after renewal"
