  Been working with a direct shipper for 2 years and factoring loads with RTS they pay in 36-41 days we have had 0 payment issues now tht my revenue increased with them RTS tells me i cannot work with them anymore because they don't have a brokerage authority which they have never had or been required to have because they are a direct shipper they are not a broker
  Furthermore when i uploaded the invoices the shipper had a C rating which is good then RTS held the invoices and told me they had been downgraded when i explained to them they are a shipper and not a broker and have never had a broker authority and asked why this would be brought up 2 years later i was told they will look into it but for now no funding and cannot work with my biggest customer which will put me out of business very scary company so work with they always get super nice during renewal time and then right back to the same ** after renewal

  RTS rep told me I had a lien against my company from another factoring service, which was a total lie. It was just a UCC filing that doesn’t prevent me from using anyone else. Sleazy sales tactic.

  We find the conduct of this organization to be highly unprofessional and unresponsive. A UCC filing was made against our company in April 2023 without any valid basis. To date, it has not been removed, despite our company having no business relationship or dealings with this organization whatsoever.
  It appears that the regional manager, frustrated by a lost opportunity, is now fabricating justifications to maintain the UCC filing for as long as possible. This is both misleading and damaging to our business. We request immediate removal of this filing and reserve the right to pursue further action if this matter is not resolved promptly.

  RTS COMMITTED FRAUD – STAY FAR AWAY OR THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR BUSINESS!
  I signed up for RTS fuel cards, but their representative FRAUDULENTLY tricked me into signing documents that secretly enrolled me in their factoring service—WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT! I only realized the scam when they demanded my insurance details. When I questioned why they needed this, the rep COWARDLY HUNG UP ON ME! RTS can LIE ALL THEY WANT, but the call recordings don’t lie—PULL THEM AND PROVE ME WRONG!
  
  I NEVER completed the factoring application and DO NOT WANT their predatory service. Yet, RTS is now HOLDING MY BUSINESS HOSTAGE by refusing to remove their fraudulent UCC lien, DELIBERATELY SABOTAGING my ability to work with the legitimate factoring company I chose. This has CRIPPLED my finances and damaged my new business before it even had a chance.
  
  WARNING TO ALL OWNERS: RTS will DECEIVE YOU, TRAP YOU, AND DRAIN YOUR BUSINESS DRY. Do NOT trust them—they will RUIN YOU before you even get started.
  
  RTS UPPER MANAGEMENT – THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE. Release the UCC lien IMMEDIATELY and terminate this fraudulent enrollment, or I will ESCALATE LEGALLY AND PUBLICLY until this scam is exposed. FIX THIS NOW

  MY COMPANY COMPLETED A FUNDING APPLICATION WITH RTS FINANCIAL AND RECEIVED A CALL BACK IN FEBRUARY MY COMPANY LET THEM KNOW THAT WE WASN'T GOING WITH THEIR FACTORING COMPANY. WE HAVEN'T HEARD FROM RTS SINCE CONCERNING FACTORING. RTS FILED A UCC FILING AGAINST MY COMPANY KNOWING THAT WE WERE NOT FACTORING WITH THEM. THIS SAYS A LOT ABOUT THIS COMPANY. RTS FINANCIAL ARE WORKING TO GET MY COMPANY RELEASED. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN THING ABOUT FACTORING WITH RTS FINANCIAL.

  My experience with RTS was frustrating from the start. The onboarding process was chaotic, and once I was set up, the service went downhill fast. Payments were delayed multiple times, and every time I called for help, I got a different answer from a different rep. It felt like no one had a clue what was going on. Hidden fees kept popping up, and trying to get out of the contract was another headache. Not a reliable factoring partner in my opinion.

  Our Company has made multiple formal requests to RTS for the following documents - Final Aging Report and Buyout agreement. The initial request was sent on May30, 2025 . On June2, 2025 RTS provided only Initial Aging report , despite the fact that we explicitly requested the Final version. Following this , we sent multiple follow-up emails asking for the missing documents, but receive no response . Our final request , sent earlier today , included clear deadline and a warning that we escalate the matter. Despite these efforts , RTS continues to ignore our communication and has not fulfilled their obligations. This lack of response is impacting our business operations and represents a breach of trust and professional conduct .

  Do not do business with RTS Financial. These people are straight-up thieves. They held my company’s money for weeks, made excuse after excuse, and left me scrambling to pay my drivers and cover fuel. Every time I called, I got a different story. Horrible company. I regret the day I signed up with them.

  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT use this company! They are going to take every penny they possibly can, and you will have to fight tooth and nail to get your money. They re-signed us after MONTHS of us telling them we did not want to renew with them, and we haven't heard from our "representative" for at least a year. Every week they add work to our plate by denying and holding loads that should be pushed through. If you value your sanity or your hard earned money, you will go ANYWHERE ELSE!

  nothing new, the same problem, I'm trying to leave in a humane and good way... but RTS dragging it out for unknown reasons... please help, I don't know who to call or write what to do in such situations...
