      I ordered an electric fireplace for our RV from Elkhart RV Parts. When it finally arrived (despite still showing as not being shipped on their website), the digital display was so blurred that it was totally unreadable. Their website states that items are items are returnable within 30 days and that they will pay the shipping. I called them and left several messages, and they would not return my call. I texted them and included pictures... but no response. I emailed them ... and no response. Finally, I told them in an email that I would be disputing the charge on my credit card, and they responded asking me not to do that. I have since reached back out to them by phone and email, and again... no response. Despite all of my efforts to resolve this matter, they will not reply...

      Paid $397 on Oct. 18, 2023 for a Greystone RV fireplace. Havent heard anything from them since about shipment. Phone number goes straight to voicemail. Emails not returned. No response from live chat. Cant cancel without contacting them. Seems like a scam.

      I purchased an oven door from Elkhart and the size was not correct and I want to send it back and reorder the one I need and I cant get them to call me , email me nothing . Ive been trying for a month to get them and I cannot get a hold of anyone. I just want to return my item and get the correct size .

      Ordered rv parts under order number **** on august 17th. 10 days later still had not received a confirmation of shipment. Attempted calling. Texting. Emailing. No response. notified of pending BBB complaint and they sent the order. They sent the wrong item. I notified them on 8/31 same day as delivery and they said theyd send a return label and website says they will pay for shipping. No label has been sent. No response from company after several more emails I have sent. They do not have a business address on the website I could find which makes me wonder about validity of the site. No response makes me question if they are a valid company?elkhartrvparts.com They do not come ** in my internet search for an address either. Again they dont respond to email. Text. Or phone calls in any consistency.

      The order was fulfilled and shipped out on August 31st as you can see in the attached photos. We sent the two parts that ****** ordered and we apologize if a different order arrived than what he ordered. We will need weight, photos, and dimensions in order to provide him a shipping return label. Yes, we are a legit business.

       I am rejecting this response because: I have emailed you, called you, and tried every means possible to reach out to you to let you know that you sent the wrong order and you still do not try to correct it. You have multiple emails from me identifying that you sent me the wrong part and me trying to send it back to you.
