      Ordered an electric fireplace on 1-08-2024. It arrived a few weeks later. We did not even open the box bc when our *** driver went to hand the big package to my husband you could hear the shattered glass pieces rattling. So we declined the package and sent it back. I immediately tried calling this company to let them know. No answer. Left several voice mails. No returned call. I've since sent text and sent many emails stating the problem. At first I was fine with them sending a replacement. Not now. It's been over a month with ZERO communication. I want a refund. I have filed a dispute with PayPal. I can not believe this company is still in business after all the negative reviews online, here, and ********* This has to stop. We working people work hard for our money. Elkhart rv parts do the right thing and good things will come your way. Treating customers like this is NO WAY to run a business. I want my refund! This is the 1st company I've ever had to report. I sure didn't want to. But you all didn't give me a choice.

      I ordered an electric fireplace for my RV and the description said it was in stock. Once ordered i have not heard from the company and tried to get in touch with them concerning the order. I reached out by phone and email and have not heard back. I disputed the charge on my credit card, but they said they delivered the fireplace and did not provide a tracking number. I have still not received the part, a tracking number, or a response from the company so i am requesting that they refund my money. Order was placed on October 30, 2023.

      I ordered an electric fireplace online on November 21, 2023. My credit card was charged ******. After weeks of trying to find shipment tracking it finally arrived. It did not work. I immediately began trying to contact company. After multiple emails I received a shipping label to return fireplace. Last communication from Elkhart RV Parts was January 8, ****. I have sent multiple emails and my husband has left multiple VM messages asking about refund or replacement. No one returns any of our attempts. After reading reviews from the company ******** page, ****** and BBB reviews this is apparently a pattern for this company. I have read multiple stories identical to mine. No response ,and non working fireplaces. I would like to request my money back. After reading all the other reviews this company is apparently scamming people out of their money or just really poor customer service

      We ordered a tank from Elkhart on 9/14/2023. We paid $351.95 for order #****. As of today, 1/23/2024 we still have not received tracking information. We have called, left voicemails, and emailed multiple times and they do not respond. I would like to know that this order is still on track, or I would like a refund at this point. There is absolutely no communication.

      I ordered a RV Fireplace, for $273.41, and they will not answer my calls or messages. I tried canceling my order and still they do not respond. I purchased the product with credit card and have not received the item or a refund.

      Ordered a fireplace for ******. Been over 2 weeks with no response. *** called, texted and emailed multiple times a day trying to get a hold of someone at this company. Website stated items ship within 48hrs. Still nothing. No confirmation or anything. But they sure charged my card right away!!!! After reading the other complaints on the bbb site Im thinking I fell victim to the scamming business as well.

      Paid for the fireplace back on October 9th, 2023, and never received it. Emailed them 4 times and called over 20 times goes right to voice mail. I want a full refund.

      I purchased a greystone fireplace on 11/18/2023. I received a confirmation email but nothing regarding shipping. I tried calling but it goes straight to voicemail. I also sent an email with no response. My credit card was charged $283.40. I think I was scammed.
