      Paid for product, not received,1) I ordered the blue fade RV canopy on June 13th and the delivery window was June *****. I contacted Elkhart via email on the 27th without receiving anything. I asked if any other colors were available to ship immediately. After multiple attempts to get more information from Elkhart, they finally responded on July 14th with a list of colors that were in stock (with estimated delivery of July 24th)I immediately ordered the black fade one on July 14th (order ********) and Elkhart cancelled the blue fade one (order ********). Cost was $1,639.63 that I paid in *******'s now September 2nd. No delivery date, no tracking number. 6 weeks late.

      I ordered a new tray for our Furion refrigerator, order #********, on August 15, 2025, and have yet to receive the part. My card was charges that same day. I received a notification that the part has a ***** tracking number, however, it has not been picked up by *****, which tells me Elkhart RV Parts has not called *****.

      When reviewing this information, we do see ***** has lacked any update to the package status.  Because of this, we are able to handle this lost package directly with ***** and issue a replacement shipment to you.  We have done as of the time of this response.

      When you have an issue with an order, please reach out to *************************************** as that is our official channel for customer assistance.  While we ship out thousands of orders a year with *****, and they visit all our northern Indiana facilities each day for deliveries and pick **** these things happen at times where packages go missing.  We insure such issues to ensure customers can still get their orders as we have done in this case.

      I placed an order more than 3 weeks ago for a retractable shower door. As of yet, I have received now word on when it will ship and they will not respond to my emails. Im sorry I ever ordered from a company who refuses to talk to their customers on the phone.

      Thanks for the feedback.  A couple points:

      - You ordered a made to order custom shower door for your RV.  Because these are made 1 do 1 to your exact specifications they require a lead time. We provide that time at checkout so youre aware of a delivery window to expect. 

      - When we check your order it shows delivered through ***** with proof of delivery.  

      - We offer customer support through; Product Page Q and A, LiveChat, SMS Chat, and Email support. Most inbound requests are responded to within 12.6 hours per our metrics dashboard.  We do not currently offer live phone support but appreciate your feedback.

      On July 11, 2024 I ordered a Greystone Double burner induction stovetop from Elkhart RV Parts. They collected the money but never sent the product. I have called, emailed and sent text messages about the order (5 attempts at communication with no reply or acknowledgement) the product delivery date was July 20.

      I purchased a microwave oven online from Elkhart RV Parts on August 2nd, 2024. The delivery date was supposed to be August 20th. When it didn't arrive I sent an email as their website requests for "a quicker response time". When I heard nothing after 24 hours I left a voicemail and also left a text. Being suspicious of such poor customer service, I checked the ********************'s website to see that this company is clearly scamming people. I know it's only been 48 hours since my microwave was past due, but I clearly need to get in line if there is any hope of recovering my money.Details:PayPal purchase of $303.21 on August 2nd from *********************************** Order $5055 for 1: Greystone 1.1 cu ft Convection Microwave, Stainless Steel **********/D100N30ASPRIII-B5-FR01 Scheduled to be delivered by *** on August 20th. No tracking info was given, No response from multiple inquiries by phone, email and text,

      Date of transaction 07-24-24 I ordered a replacement fireplace for my camper. I've emailed several times, I've left several voicemails and texts with no response. I want my product or my money back. It was guaranteed to me in 5 days, today is 08-15-24 order date was 07-24-24. No tracking number or invoice was provided. My credit card was charged.

      I placed order #**** on 7/10/24 and received a confirmation email stating the part to be delivered by 7/30/24. Today is 8/8/24 and I have no part. I have tried to call multiple times and only get a voicemail message the fastest way for a response is text or email. I have text and emailed multiple times with no response. There is absolutely zero customer service, I cant find out if they are scamming me or if a part might arrive, or ask for a refund. Horrible business.

      I order a folding glass stove top for my stove in our travel trailer. I have emailed this company several times asking where my order stands. they have not replied. After 4 emails with no response and no product. i can not find a phone number to call. So I need help.
