RNN has contacted staff via email requesting my employment verification. The inquiry was not sent to appropriate personnel such as our human resources department. The email the inquiry was sent to is reviewed by staff who should not have access to information about my current or former employment and the inquiry sent contained the last 4 digits of an SSN. I have not provided permission to contact any employer and RNN does not indicated that this is a state or federal government related employment verification request request. I would like this company to stop sending employment verification requests or calling my current/former employers and others unless they have a valid state or federal government related need to obtain this information.Business Response

I have received 2 calls now at phone number ************ (one the week of 9/18/23 and today 9/26/23 at 3:06pm). The most recent was a voicemail from a ********************* who stated she was calling on a recorded line and to give her a call back. She did not state the company she was calling from or provide any details as to why I should call her back. The original message from the week of 9/18/23 wanted to verify my employment at Integral Solutions, LLC which is my own personal company. However, as I am the owner of said company and already hold a full time job outside of my **** work, there is no reason for them to be calling me to verify any such employment. I have not applied for any positions since March of this year when I started my full time position, so these calls seem to be asking for information that they are not ***********. I do not care where they found my information or who gave it to them, these calls are coming in in the middle of the work day disrupting meetings and daily work just for me to figure out who is calling. This is the only cease and desist warning that this company will receive. Any further calls will be referred to the *** as you have now been informed that these calls are neither warranted or desired. You have sufficient information at this time to take my name off any supposed list you may think that gives you the authority to place such bogus calls immediately. I will not be making any call into RNN or emailing anyone. This is the first and final warning.Business Response

RNN Group notified my employer for employment verification via fax without my knowledge or consent. They also had my personal & private information including my SSN. This is definitely violation of my privacy and they have no authority to be contacting my place of employment.
