I was looking online for the ************** in ***********, ** on March 23, 2025 for my daughter's upcoming volleyball tournament. I was on the hotel website and exited. When I went back in to finalize the booking my request was "somehow" switched to the Reservations.com website. The rerason that I was dealing witrh the hotel directly is because our travel plans were not 100% confirmed (not sure if we needed 1 night or 2) and the hotel would allow us to make changes if needed. I should have been more vigilant while booking but I believe that Reservations.com were dishonest in how they masked their website to imitate the hotels website. Also, it did not clearly indicate at time of booking that I'd be charged in US funds! I only saw it when I received email confirmation! I live in ****** and the booking was for a hotel in ****** and they charged me in **! I tried calling right away and was given the run around and hung up on. The exchange rate is very high and I was charged over $570. I'm sick, stressed and frustrated by this scam. The company won't do the right thing and refund me fully.

Reservations.com would not issue refund following change in travel plans. They lied to me indicating they had called the hotel and hotel corporate offices who wouldnt approve cancellation. However, corporate Wyndham/Ramada and the individual hotel denied they had ever been contacted by reservations.com representatives. Additionally, they would not honor my request to speak with the billing department directly. As things stand, THIS ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. This is a fraud/scam company and customer service is non-existent. I strongly recommend that people avoid using these services.

This is the most deceptive business and totally deceiving. When booking it appears you are booking directly with the hotel when in fact it goes to another site. I was charged US dollars for a ************** and I'm in ******. When I noticed this charge I immediately cancelled and was charged $224.39 Service Fee. Once I received my refund I was out of pocket ******.

Website is misleading. Mistakenly booked a hotel and cancelled within 5 minutes but they refused to give my money back. Never book via a third party. They are scammers!!

This is an extremely deceptive practice. It looks like youre booking with the hotel directly, so you hit reserve now and it takes you through reservations.com. They then charge you an exorbitant fee for booking through their company ($46.25) and that fee is non-refundable. You also dont see the fee until your credit card is charged. None of this is acceptable.

I used reservations.com to hold a hotel room. I wasnt aware that they would charge me immediately and that there was a $53.27 service fee included. When I checked my credit card statement the service fee was charged separately from the hotel room and from another account. Dont EVER book reservations from this website!!!!!

I believed that I was booking a room on the ************************** website. I still think I started on the correct website and somehow got directed to reservations.com. I made note that I could cancel without penalty by Feb 5. Before that date i called hotel to cancel. **** said the reservation was made through reservations.com. I had NOTHING FROM RESERVATIONS.COM. Confirm was from **. They gave me a number I called and cancelled. They charged me over $1000 for one nights cancellation. I am positive the site I was on said no cancellation fee, Even Ritz ******* confirmed that reservations. com was not supposed to charge a fee for a cancellation before Feb 5. It is deceptive and fraudulent to act like you are an official hotel website and nowhere indicate what site you are actually booking on.

I was trying to make a reservation through the hotel itself in ***** and it somehow linked me to this reservation company in ******* that is charging an outrageous amount for a service fee for doing NOTHING. Plus the taxes they added are not correct for TX.

I live in ********, *******I booked a 1 bedroom through this company, which at the time I thought was the Hotels sight, looks the same. After booking I realized that I had booked on ***************, I was booking in ****** & travelling in ****** & was charged in US dollars. When I got the confirmation letter through email, they put their booking fee $48.27 with my real hotel fee and then give me the total price. I was deceived into paying a $48.27 fee that was never disclosed to me at the time of booking. And then they added the hotel's mentatory service fee in separate catalog named as city taxes. Can someone let me know how I can get *************** to reimburse me the $48.27 booking fee they charged me?

Scam. This company overcharged me almost $600 and refused to cancel the order or make corrections. Several phone calls were made to the company and a for a supervisor to return a call. This did not happen. Several phone calls were made and no resolution was given.
