    I was part of the Progressive arbitration. I mailed back my release for the additional settlement money in January. I have called numerous times with no follow up on my release or the check for my additional money. No one answers the phone and calls and emails are never returned. I would like an update on when my check will be sent to me.

    Thank you for reaching out to us to let us know about this issue. We did receive your claim form, it was processed and the additional payment was sent out to you on March 8, 2024. The check should be arriving any day now. We ask that you please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and delivery time from the ***** but the check is on it. If you don't receive the check by next Friday, please reach out to me directly so we can void the first check and then send another copy of the check with tracking information included. Thank you!

    I received notice in the mail LAST YEAR about a class action lawsuit and that I was part of it. I sent back the form for a new address, as I was moving. This was MONTHS ago. Nothing. I have submitted numerous requests on their website for help, have left hundreds of voicemails, and have called every day to sit on hold only to be told to leave another voicemail or disconnected. This is FRAUD. They have kept the money that was awarded to me and are doing NOTHING to respond to give it to me. I have filed reports with the attorney general. All I want is the money that is owed to me to be GIVEN. PLEASE have someone contact me about this because this is absolute FRAUD.

    I filed a change of address and re-issue check for the ****** vs Del Taco case since 01-09-2024. I have called multiple times trying to get in contact with the ILYM GROUP and have physically been to the address twice to come to find out that they moved locations. I have called more than 30 times and have not had anyone answer. I just want to get my check re issued to my new address.

    In sept 2023 i received a federal court authorized claim form from ILYM group for a class action lawsuit to my previous employer. I had to fill out the form with my personal information and mail it back by dec 18 2023. I mailed it, emailed it 9/14/23. I sent another email 9/20/23 asking for a confirmation that my claim was received. I have tried to call the number ************ just to get recordings and long holds and back to recordings. I can never each a actual human since and its Feb13 2024. On 9/28/23 I i actually got a email response of acknowledgment from alpha ********* ************ ext 410 address listed ***************************************************** from email ********************************* I still cannot reach anyone to tell me where my check is. I have not moved, as I have been at same address for 15 years so I don't think a check reissue is warranted. All I would like is a status. I have emailed alpha today after another attempt of phone calls. If this company is a scam and used my personal information that I provided on the claim form or fraudulently keeping the extra funds for "lost checks" I will be seeking legal action and reporting to federal investigations. I was pleased to get the one confirmation email however everything else seems sketchy.

Rest assured, our company does not keep any of the funds from uncashed checks so there would be no benefit for us to hold back any class members settlement payment!     **2 needed for funds received from class action lawsuit so that 2023 taxes can be completed. I have reached out to ILYM Group multiple times trying to get information on when the **2 will be mailed out. Tried their 'Contact Us' and still no reply. Left voice mails since the phone is never answered.

    I received a class action settlement from ILYM Group Inc., for the case ****** v KG Financials Group **** (my former employer). According to the letter that was sent, the final accounting meeting was scheduled to occur on December 1, 2023. I have made numerous requests by phone and email for an update on the case and check since it is well past December. I have seen awful reviews regarding customer service, null checks being sent, or people not receiving their checks. This is unacceptable.

    This case member reached out to us directly and was informed that this settlement has not been disbursed because the company has gone bankrupt and therefore has not funded the settlement amount. The attorneys for the matter have sent the defendant to a debt collection agency. This matter is still pending. The class member can reach out directly to me with any further questions.

    Hello, I am reaching out about TORREZ V. DEL TACO, LLC lawsuit I have yet to receive any check in the mail regarding this lawsuit. However one of my fellow employees has already received hers. I initially resided at a different address and did complete the address change form provided on the website. I have also called multiple times, left voicemails and emails and have yet to hear back regarding any confirmation about this. After looking at this pages ****** reviews, it seems like many others are having the same issue getting in contact and resolving their issues.

    I was promised a settlement check from a previous employer and this company was going to be issuing the check. I was told my check would be issued out in December 2023. I didnt receive anything so I tried calling multiple times just to be forwarded to a machine that does not help. I finally decided to drive to the headquarters address listed on ****** since I live 10 minutes from there and it was a vacant old rind down office building. Nobody is there. There is an old ILYM group sign thats all faded and in horrible condition but besides that the place is completely a abandoned. My guess is that they paid out some of the settlements and they kept the rest for themselves and made a run for it.

They could potentially be a part of a new class settlement that is still pending final approval and funding. They did not elude to which matter this might be so we cannot look into it any further. In regards to the headquarters, we moved in October 2023.

    They sent me a mail saying that I will be receiving a settlement for $1250 from previous employer since then the case got approved disbursed and I'm trying to get a hold of them they' don't reply neither send check

    This case will most likely be disbursed in August, pending it is fully funded by the defendants. Monthly installments have been agreed upon.
