    Company collected lawsuit money for hundreds of people an keeps lieing about sending checks out. We need our lawsuit money

    Hello ******,

    We're sorry to hear you haven't received your check yet. Rest assured, we can't lie about sending checks out as we are bound by court order and we have to document every step of the process for the courts, so the checks really were all mailed out. The case was batched and sent to **** April 1st, and we ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for delivery so checks should be arriving any day since its been 2 weeks now. If the check hasn't arrived by next Monday, 4/22/24, please contact me directly and I can re-issue the check out to you with a tracking number so you can follow along with the delivery progress.     I am part of the class action lawsuit ****** vs Del Taco LLC and received paperwork regarding my eligibility in the lawsuit. It has been a very long time and I know others have received their checks, and I have not been able to get absolutely anyone on the phone to help me. I have called countless times and no one ever seems to be available to pick up the phone or help. They are unprofessional and unresponsive and it seems that many people have had this issue through their mismanagement of funds from class action lawsuits. Its very obvious that they do not know how to manage any kind of money and no one should work with them.

    I received a letter from the ** State Controller, ********************* last week regarding a settlement check for the Dotan vs Rentokil N.A.Inc case in the amount of $447.46. I sent an email *********@ILYMGroup attaching a copy of the letter but have not heard back from her. I rent an email to her again today.

    This business was in charge of a class action lawsuit and a check was sent and received in 2023. They never sent a W2 and refused to answer their phone or respond to emails. Fellow coworkers have had similar issues and recommended to report them here and thats how they were finally able to get their attention.

    I got a letter from **** in Feb 2022 in reference to a class action lawsuit against Southwest Patrol. Per the letter received in the mail, checks were set to be issued on February 22 2024.. But was told that there was an error and that theyd be sent out the following month. After many attempts to contact the company thereafter, there was no luck reaching anyone for an update. Past colleagues who were fortunate to get ahold of ILYM were given 1-2 or 3-4 week ETAs and either didnt receive their checks or not get the full amount. The comany is running some kind of scam after looking deeper into reviews and it shows they wait till checks are unclaimed to donate the funds. ILYM lacks communication and integrity in handling claims on behalf of those owed and their clients.

    I had recently filed a complaint in regards to ILYM Group for not going through with sending a lawsuit check associated with Class Complaint / *********** v. Southwest Patrol. I have already taken steps to resolve the matter, however ILYM group has not provided any response to a complaint I had already filed for not reaching out to me in a timely matter. I understand the organization is busy. However, a business who does not provide feedback or an update to a customer should not be an operating business. Especially when it is dealing with legal matters. ILYM Group is a scam and it continues to maintain a negative reputation to all organizations that deal with them. This is the email that was provided to me ********************************* I have sent several emails to this email to try and reach out to them in regards to my check that has not yet been sent to my home of address.

    I was awarded $2,160.49 in a settlement in Doe No. 1 et al v. *************, case no. ******C by the **** Court of Federal Claims. The law firm representing me, *********************, P.C. *************), hired the ILYM Group to disperse the checks. I have yet to receive my check, however, I know others have received them since November of 2023. I cannot get a hold of anyone at ILYM Group and have no other way of receiving my money. I left numerous voicemails to their number, but no one has returned my calls.
