    I am trying to cancel my subscription for malwarebytes premium, there is no way to contact them( only chat with a robot) that does not help and they won't send me a verification code to log into my account, they auto renew every year. One of my computers died and i was trying to get it off that computer. After many attemps to contact them I decided to cancel subscription. Please help Thank you. *************************

    Got autocharged USD$48 to renew a premium subscription I'd purchased with a massive student discount 4 years ago, but I no longer use the service. Refund was given within 24 hours with minimal hassle. A+ customer service experience.

    I do want to be billed for another year of Malwarebytes on my ******** cell phone. I had it deleted from my cell phone on August 2022..***********************

    Not a problem with their product, but definitely a problem with their business practices. When notified in advance of pending renewal, I went to their website and cancelled automatic renewal and cancelled service. Was still charged on my credit card, a charge which I disputed. Ultimately, credit card company ruled against me. Consequently, paying for a product I don't want or need as I no longer have the "protected" computer. They make it very difficult to get out of their services. I will never use them again.

    been trying 2 years to cancel auto renew cannot contact by phone or computer did get a verification number for changing password but unable to enter it anywhere at there website any help would be greatly appreciated home phone

    The perfect 24/7 protection running in the background on all of my devices (PC, laptop and phones) with zero impact on speed of access. Compared to other well known anti-virus and malware programs I have used, Malwarebytes seems more effective and more efficient.

    Malwarebytes has been great! It has kept viruses off of my computer without slowing it down.It has Rootkits for when you have an infected computer and has been taken over.When I had other antivirus software and there was an issue, the computer techs always downloaded Malwarebytes to work on the issue with the computer. That speaks volumes!Very satisfied with Malwarebytes!
