    I have tried and tried to remove my personal information following the steps provided on US PHONE BOOKS website using the *** OUT option and it simply doesn't work! I'm requesting to have my information removed from the website since I am not able to do it myself. I even tried to email asking for help on the site that also doesn't work! I called the phone number on the website and it's automated with the same information that's on the website that again doesn't work and there is no option to talk to anyone...well beyond frustrating!The link to my personal information on usphonebook.com is **************************************************************************** I can see that I'm not the only one that's having the same issue...Please help!

    Today, 2/3/23 I discovered that my name, address, age, phone number, etc. are listed on this site for the whole world to see. I'm 70 years old and concerned about safety issues. I tried to opt out of the site, as they've given directions to do, but the feature does not work and there is no one to speak to about this issue. I really, really want to have my information removed from public display. I believe this is fraudulent activity that they say you can opt out, yet the process fails to work when you try to submit the request.

    When I drill down from the link, ************************* in ********, **********, 70, that information is gone and inaccessible. However, I'd like the link that says ************************* in ********, 70, removed altogether. It still shows that I live in ********, ********** and that I'm 70. I'd at least like the number 70 removed from the link. Thank you!

    I saw that all of my personal information was provided on USPhoneBook and followed the instructions they provided to remove my information. I called and was unable to speak to a representative. Instead, their website to "opt out" of public solicitation of my personal information was met with 'CAPTCHA ERROR." This has occurred in multiple attempts to adhere to their instructions to remove my information from their site. I suspect this is a ploy to have a faulty system so that they do not need to take accountability for removing information. I can not speak with a person, nor do they provide an email that actually goes through. All of the links to communicate with this company ends with a digital error message". I need assistance to remove my information from this site/ company as in my rights to privacy. Please advise. Thank You

    On 2/6/23 I attempted to remove my name from their database. I tried several times using chrome and safari browsers. Each time, the link to advance to the next page would not work. I called but there was not an option to remove my data via phone. Due to a safety issue with my children, I need my information removed immediately.

    Hi, I've been unable to remove my personal information from the US Phone Book website which includes my address and contact details.     The online process to remove personal information does not work. It reports a "captcha error" or does not allow you to submit your request to remove your information. If you call the phone number, it provides a pre-recorded menu and directs you back to the website to opt-out. There is no way to speak to a human. I made a BBB complaint and the business asked for my link on their site, but then did not remove the information. The information is still there.

    USPhoneBook.com have publicly posted ALL of my personal information including my home address, cell number, relatives names, etc, etc, etc... This is absolutely NOT OKAY and a flagrant violation of personal privacy by disabling their "opt out" procedure. Their contact information is a scam. The phone number is a con with no discernable way to speak to anyone, ending in being disconnected. Their email address is a con and ends in an error message every time leaving no way to contact them to resolve any issues. The opt-out procedure is a con and ends in an error message every time making this entire business model ILLEGAL. There is NO WAY to contact these people and this is a HUGE privacy violation in addition to potentially put peoples lives and safely in jeopardy without being able to remove this information. Completely illegal and I am happy to take legal action if this company isn't stopped. This website needs to be TAKEN DOWN. This is reprehensible and dangerous! Disgusting.

    I am rejecting this response because: USPhonebook.com has not removed my information.  I am unable to use their "opt out" procedure as their websites as they are NOT WORKING! I believe that is built in and on purpose. My name is ***** from ************** (age 48...fyi) That is all that is needed for anyone (including your the representative of your companies who WILL do as I ask and remove my personal data) to pull up all of my personal information, location, phone numbers, friends, family and previous addresses, etc.... It is the responsibility of USPhonebook.com and any other website issued to **************************** (**********, **) to delete ALL of my personal information from being posted publicly and THEY need to do this immediately. It is a violation of my personal privacy and is putting me in physical danger.

    The optout option at usphonebook does not work. I see others are having the same problem. There is personal and complete info about me and my relatives I do not want available to anyone on this site. They go way beyond address and phone.***************** is not related and does not live here .... he may have many years ago ..... he is listed as living here and his mail is coming here. How does one get this information gone, please.
