9/3/2025 I requested my personal information be removed from their website but it is a scam and you can never click the Confirm Removal Process button and they allow it to repeatedly time out. I used this website to verify a phone number which called my home and I didn't recognize it. They claim their services are free. After answering their questions, I get transferred to a screen that I believe would be the search results however it was a screen where I could then pay for my SO CALLED FREE RESULTS. BAIT and switch all the way as there was no means to receive the results for FREE as they promote and advertise. In addition for curiosity I entered my home phone number and got search results that say it belongs to someone else entirely. My family has owned this number for more than 60 years so its not possible that my number belongs to someone else, which also suggests that they are NOT giving accurate results which they then expect you to pay for.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: It states in the attached screen shots that the site is free. However after you slog through all of the information, you cannot access the results of the search unless you pay for them. The membership extortion screen is posted above here. You get to pay $1.00 or $5.00. NEITHER OF THESE OPTIONS IS FREE. I've also attached the screen shot to show the results when I entered my phone number and it claims that this number is owned by someone else. NOT EVEN CLOSE to being factual. So you get baited and switched into paying for information that you can't even rely on to be factual. SO NO I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS CLAIM FROM THIS VENDOR.Business Response
