    usphonebook.com is currently displaying my current address, list of extended family members and information that I do not want accessible on their website. Their "opt-out" page does not work. After completing the instructions on the page, the "Begin Removal Request" button never becomes enabled, even after completing the required reCaptcha request. I've tried on multiple operating systems and on multiple browsers with the same result. The "Contact Us" form on their site does not work, and the phone number on their website refers you back to "opt-out" page, without providing an option to speak to a person. Isn't it against Federal regulations to not provide consumers with an option to "opt-out"? I want my information off of this site. After seeing many complaints about the same exact issue from others, I'm wondering why this site is still operational.

    I would like to be removed from the usphonebook site. They have a page to do this on the internet; usphonebook.com/opt-out Following their instructions, and even passing the recaptcha does not enable the site's button to proceed and remove my information. Their contact site has a similar issue. The recaptcha passes but pressing the submit button results in an error message. I tried calling them but its an automated recording with instructions on using the website.Please have them remove me (******************)Thanks,***************************************

    I have my personal information such as my home address, my phone number, my age listed on the website, USPHONEBOOK.COM. According to the website's directives, I can opt out of having my personal information for everyone to see and to have access to. I have tried numerous times, the website is not allowing me to remove my personal info on it. It is also not giving access for me to contact them directly to have my personal information removed from the website. My personal information is out there for all to see on the USPHONEBOOK.COM is purposely prevented mefrom removing my personal information.

These people have never lived at my home, but I continue to get mail for them. I also get calls on my cell phone for these people.When I ****** the persons name I found them on the usphonebook website. I tried to complete the form to remove my information, but it seems to be a scam and I can't get passed the main screen.     Per FCRA and other Personal Identifiable Information (PII) privacy protection rules and laws, I am attempting to exercise my right to Opt Out and have them delete my information. Their website, day-over-day, week-over-week, for three weeks now, is not functioning the way they claim it should. Whether I access the link under "Privacy" or "Do Not Sell My Information," and after entering my email address, accepting their terms and conditions, then completing the Captcha, the "Submit" button remains greyed out and you cannot proceed. When you go to Contact Us, complete the request, click Captcha then move to Submit, it claims to have a "Captcha Error" and you cannot proceed. Lastly, when one calls the 888 telephone number they have listed, you get two options that result in recorded messages only and no matter what other number you press (trust me, I've tried all of them), you get no where. No ability to speak to anyone. No ability to leave a message. Nothing. These people are in violation of federal laws on allowing someone to protect their information and it's aggravating as h*** they're hiding behind a website, making money selling our information as a "data broker" and not giving **** about peoples rights. I've attempted to try this over the course of three weeks. I'm not just sounding off after one haphazard attempt. Please help. ***** frustrated and downright angry. Oh, BTW, I've followed this process on no less than 15 other sites (Been Verified and others) and it worked seamlessly. Thanks in advance for the time and attention.

    First of all, Thank You!...to BBB for assisting with this resolution.

    I have validated the removal of my information on their website, and that of my wife's. 

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  

    Please...for the sake and sanity of others, PLEASE fix your website to properly function per the posted instructions and provide confirmation of submitted requests.  The time and effort that people have to go to, via BBB given there is no other obvious option, is ridiculous.

    A review and analysis of date clusters of the BBB complaints over the last several years, suggests that USPhoneBook periodically has issues with their website and these complaints are submitted in batches.  Almost suggests that (can be interpreted as) BBB is working as proxy IT support....wait for the complaints to come-in to discover the issue and then decide to address.  Not sure if the website ever actually gets repaired....?  

    Ultimately, thank you USPhoneBook for your response and action.  We are appreciative.

    Information is being shared on website.t is being shared on USPHONEBOOK.com There is an area to OPT OUT, but it does not work, and per ****** searches has been this way for years. Some sort of captcha error/unable to click on "begin removal request"There is also an CONTACT FORM with the same error.The phone # only has messages, and no ability to speak to a human.     I have made multiple attempts to opt out with no success. I followed their directions and verify I'm not a robot, but never get past that, it never begins the removal process. Same problem when using the Contact US method. I feel this is a deliberate attempt on their part to keep people from opting out.
