    usphonebook.com is publicly displaying my personal information in their website without my authorization/consent, including:- 1. My full name 2. Age 3. Current and previous addresses 4. Phone number 5. Email address They also potentially collect and sell additional personal information, all without my authorization. I have no idea where they get their information and how can they display highly sensitive personal information on their website without my consent. This should be illegal.You can't reach them over the phone. They redirect us to their website to opt-out. And on their website, now I have to accept their privacy policy, terms and conditions, and provide more sensitive information about myself to opt-out. I don't want to provide them more information than the ones they already have about me, to opt-out.

    All of the information on our website is from public record databases. Every person aged 18 and older can have a public record. This information is collected on a County, City, State and federal level and can also come from reporting information during normal every day activities such as grocery store club cards, magazine subscriptions, voter registration, warranty cards, even fishing licenses, and forms you fill out when browsing the internet. There are thousands of ways this information gets reported.

    If you would like your records removed, please submit your request by using our online removal tool, linked below. We will also endeavor to block future public records that belong to the same person, but identifying these future records is not 100% accurate and cannot be guaranteed.

    I have filed several times for them to opt me out from them putting my information on the internet and they refuse to stop doing this. There phone number does not answer, its just a recording that does nothing.

    I am rejecting this response because: it was a blanket statement that didnt apply to me. They are still putting my name and address out on ****** without a person even opening their page or paying a fee.

    usphonebook.com displays my personal information in their website without my authorization, including:- Current address - Previous address - Phone number - Age Potentially they also collect and sell additional personal information, all without my authorization.They supposedly offer a way to opt-out, but the instructions in the website simply don't work. The website does not matches the description, and does not behave in the way indicated by their own opt-out instructions. It is impossible to complete the opt-out instructions.

    I am a healthcare provider who cannot legally have false contact/location/employment/association history online. those providing such false information are subject to hippa/ferpa/liability/fraud/defamation prosecution including criminal proceedings.

    I contacted USphonebooks requesting the removal of my personal info. First, they insisted that I do this via a tool not heir website, that is designed to request several additional information from the person, before they can even send the request. I stated that I did not want to use their tool and pass more sensitive data, and that my written request should have sufficed. At this point, they just keep telling me that they "can't remove my info from public records", which is not what I requested at all. I need my info removed from their website, I never mentioned legitimate government agencies. They are just repeating a script designed to confuse people. This is dishonest. I want my info removed.
