    Trust the process! I couldnt quite reach the goals I wanted to achieve on my own but now I am well on my way with the help of my amazing coach, ***. I have never felt so confident in how my mental and physical health is progressing and I am excited to see what the future holds as I have extended to a year of 1:1 coaching.     I joined Redefining Strength right before Thanksgiving. I am 48 years old and I have worked out for most of my life. For the past 16+ years I have been doing CrossFit and HIIT-style training. As I entered my late 40s the scale started to creep up and my clothes got uncomfortable. Knowing I had to make a change I started to investigate what to do nextI tried some over-promising supplements, intermittent fasting, and adding more cardio, but nothing worked.I saw *************************** on Instagram and I thought she seemed like a real and relatable person so I inquired about her coaching options. I decided to make the investment in myself for the 16 week one-on-one coaching and nutrition program. My wrangler has done a great job programming for me with the logistical challenges that I came to her with and she has tweaked my Macros consistently to get optimal results. I just ended my 16 weeks today. It hasnt been easy especially being more disciplined with my eating habits and doing movements that arent my favorite but it has been successful! My results exceeded my initial goals. I have lost 13 pounds from 176 to 163 with significant body recomposition. My clothes all fit again and many are too big. I have also increased my strength. Now I am hooked and decided to make another investment to finish out the year because of my curiosity of just how much farther I can get?!Redefining Strength gave me the personal support and tools to not only be successful but to make sustainable lifestyle changes that obtain results without sacrificing everything. As middle aged women I think society says we are destined to gain weight. This program proved that weight gain doesnt have to be your destiny. There is a catch; you have to do the workthere will be days that you have to dig deep for that 1% change that **** talks about but it will produce results and you will be surprised at what you can achieve! Go for it! Put yourself first.

Sometimes the tools, the habits, ARE a downside even to the ***ide of results...but over time we constantly evolve and shift and things become sustainable and we find what truly works for us! Change is never easy and you have to put in the work...at times when you don't want to...but we're here for you to help you navigate the *** and downs! You are amazing beastette and I'm so excited to see all that progress continue to snowball! Those 1% changes will continue to add up!

    HIRE THE ****** I just love Redefining Strength and my coach.. It's the real deal. I just signed up for a full year! Last year I worked with a coach one on one for about 6 months. During those 6 months I had a shoulder injury and we were traveling a lot. My coach always gave me tips and tools to navigate through those challenging times. I took few months off and now I'm ready to dive back in continue to build muscle and change my body composition. The cool think is while I was taking a short break from the program I used all the tools my coach gave me to maintain my previous goals. It has been so freeing mentally and physically. I'm ready to take it to the next level and look forward to the next 52 weeks. YOU WON'T REGRET IT. There is no perfect time and you won't always be perfect and that's ok.

    Redefining Strength is a solid whole heath ******* geared to an individuals needs and goals for long term success. **** and the coaches explain the importance of nutrition because you cant see any muscle gains or inches lost without eating healthy. I must say, they also teach you to eat the foods you enjoy even if it is a piece of cake. The 1 on 1 coaching provides guidance and designs workouts using an array of styles along with progression with whatever equipment is available to you. Even when you want to give up because you are not seeing weight loss on the evil scale your coach and the community will be there encouraging you to keep going, and point out trust the process. Like many, I too was skeptical and its not cheap; however, I am going for another 8 months! Put in the work, trust the process and create healthy habits for sustainability! It is all worth it! Thank you **** and specially my coach *****!

    I am really happy that I decided to work with Redefining Strength through their 1:1 coaching program. It came at exactly the right time for me after years of struggling to succeed on my own. I love having my own coach to reach out to and I really appreciate the follow up messages I receive from the managers who check in periodically to see how things are going. This business is so well run. I have followed RS for years and as a company they continue to expand their skillset to help clients in many different facets of health. I just extended *********** for another 8 months because I am making good progress but dont feel that I could manage without the support right now.

    I looked into Redefining Strength looking to add variety to my exercise program. What I got was an integrated program of workouts, nutrition goals, knowledge and encouragement that has taken my approach to physical fitness to a new level. Like so many others, I was concerned about the expense. What I am getting for my investment in my health is daily contact with my coach throughout the week, workouts personalized to my goals and home equipment, personalized nutrition goals and guidance for meeting them, all being adjusted and monitored on an ongoing basis. The app works great and offers a back catalog of informational videos and a community board for support. My coach is fabulous and is always checking in with me to see how things are going and is eager to make adjustments to make the program work for me. When you compare the cost to the price of working with a personal trainer, I think you will find this is a good price for a great program.

    Redefining strength is amazing!!! I have loved every minute of my time with them! So much so, I have just signed up for ANOTHER YEAR! This program has been a blessing to me. My personal coach ****** was very responsive and helpful. I received cards of encouragement from **** as well! Is this easy? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Is it worth it?
