    Redefining Strength is awesome. It is hard work on many fronts but the work pays off. **** and her team are super knowledgeable and go above and beyond to se you succeed. But you have to want it. And you have to do the work. Some of is not pretty or easy but I can honestly say that when you commit to the program, you will get results. I have also learned many things about nutrition and exercise I didnt know before. While I still have work ahead of me, I am well on my way to my goals. I have lost fat and gained muscle. I am stronger. I understand how I was not eating properly to fuel my body to get the gains I have made. While we all have different paths to walk to get to our goal, RS can help you walk the best path for you. Trust the process and do the work and you will achieve your goals.

    The company name encompasses it all! "Redefining Strength" in Mind, Body and Spirit! If you only read this far, that is my absolute honest evaluation of how I feel about my experience at **. This is not a one-dimensional staff nor program! A comprehensive training staff and their expertise in a variety of fields brings a wealth of knowledge to the program. The specialized skillsets of the trainers are shared with all clients in classes held regularly. I was impressed to learn, that the training staff meets regularly to discuss ways to improve and to meet the specific needs of the clients. As a matter of fact, I started my journey unknowingly with a calf tear that had occurred a month before joining **. Soon after receiving MRI results all my exercises were specifically tailored to help me recover properly. The support was outstanding from my one-on-one coach. She was exactly who I needed! Her support and the accountability made the difference. Fully embracing the process with my coach, sharing regularly videos for form feedback, asking questions has helped me to feel more confident moving forward. The ** system of foam rolling, stretching & activation has made a world of difference for my body. I'm happy to still be a part of the ** family, enjoying the workouts designed in SHIFT, getting stronger and more fit every day. I should be able to do my first unassisted pull up in the upcoming month or so :) Yahoo!
