I purchased a grill with accessories on 2/7/2025. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone by phone or by email. I havent received any information about this transaction after I paid for my goods. I have already took action with the account I paid with, which is currently under review. After countlesss attempts to contact with no luck, I finally decided to do research. I have found out on multiple threads online, this business is a scam and I will probably not ever receive what I paid for. Ive read countless people having the same experience. How this is able to go on for so long is absolutely crazy. Please help me try and resolve this.Initial Complaint

11/11/24 I ordered a Scotsman Brilliance 30 ice maker on BBQGrills.com website for $3,139.00. I did this after 8pm ET.11/12/24 at 12:24pm I called ************** (their service center) and spoke with Faith and asked to cancel my order. She said she will cancel it and forward the information to accounting for the refund.11/13/24 I received an email confirmation of the order placed charging my credit card for $3,139.00. My statement shows it was charged on 11/12/24.11/13/24 I emailed the company and explained I spoke to Faith and cancelled the order and wanted a refund.11/13/24 ***** **** replied and said accounting needs 5-7 business days to process the refund but did confirm the order was cancelled.11/20/24 I emailed ***** **** and asked if the refund would be reimbursed via check or back on my credit card. ***** **** replied back and said it will be refunded to the same credit card used for the purchase.12/13/24 I emailed ***** **** and asked for a status of my return and she said accounting has been busy and she would follow up.1/18/25 I emailed ***** **** again and she said she was escalating to accounting and the owner. Ordered grill 12/15/2024. Heard nothing, emailed ***** ****, **************** Representative, on 12/24/2024. She replied that they were out of stock but could send a different (lesser) model; I refused and requested same or better model grill. Then she said they would have to refund me. So I emailed the President, **** ******* requesting the same or better and he directed ***** to upgrade the grill. On 1/8/25 ***** replied Just a quick update, I got word from the owner that we'll be able to swap to the ***** Grills ******* S-435 (model ********) for no additional cost. I never received tracking information so I reached out again on 1/14/25 and she replied the same day that would ask Shipping and get back to me. Its now 2/12/2025 and I still have not heard back from anyone.Initial Complaint

An item was purchased on 12/21/24 with order number BBQ-24-***** it was a grill accessory for the ***** grill. the item was $134.99 and ****************** was used to make the purchase. I canceled the item on 12/27/24 and was told the refund would take 5-7 business days. It is now 2/12/25 and I still have no refund. I have called and emailed them and they said the owner needs to complete the refund and hasnt yet. this is completely unacceptable and they are stealing from me. I ordered a grill November ******* and paid for it. The 21 of November I inquired about a tracking number. Then they replied back they no longer stock the grill. So I asked for my money back. They still havent refunded my money. They refuse to help. I never received a product and all I want is my money back. The owner wont respond back either. I ordered a BBQ grill with BBQ Grills with a payment plan through BREAD Pay during the holiday as a gift for my dad which was never received. I canceled my order on December 27th (order number BBQ-24-*****) therefore my payment plan should have been canceled and paid back by the company. I am now being hassled by this financial company to make payments. I contacted ********** on 1-24-2025 regarding the situation. ****** stated she would take care of this and get it to her boss. I am still being contacted by the financial company for payments. I am not going to pay for something I did not receive and also canceled. They are making my credit look bad. I ordered a grill along with several accessories. One of those accessories was a rotisserie. When I received the grill, I realized the rotisorrie would not fit my grill. I found out that there were 2 different sizes but ordered the wrong one. I contacted ********* and requested a return. On October 28th, 2024, I placed an order with BBQGrills.com for a $249.00 grill. Their advertisement for the grill stated that it would ship within 48 hours. I called seven days later and they could not give me any details on when it would ship or how long it would take. Since I was staying at a campground with my RV and would be leaving soon, I canceled my order since it would not arrive in time.I gave the company a full month to refund my money. When I didn't hear anything by December 4th, 2024, I started calling. I spoke with different people each time who promised to call me back, take it up with accounting immediately, send it to the supervisors desk and most recently, I have contacted the Owner and will have this resolved immediately. On November 22, 2024 I purchased a grill and accessories from BBQGRILLS.COM. On 12/12/24 I inquired about the item because it still hadn't shipped and was well past the 5-7 day shipping window they had promised. I called them four times that day and was placed on hold for three of the calls. On one of the calls the lady forwarded me to the CEO's number and I left message for him, but never heard back.On 12/12/24 I sent an email asking that the order be canceled and refunded. I received an email back from ***** ******* stating that she had canceled the order and that it would be refunded in 3-5 business days.On 12/18/24 I called again to see if there had been any progress with the cancelation. The lady I spoke to said it hadn't been canceled and then she checked again and said it had but didn't know why it wasn't refunded. She said she would follow up with accounting and let me know. I never heard back from her.On 12/19/24 I sent another email to ***** checking on the status of the refund but I never got a ******** is not 12/23/24 and the company still hasn't refunded my money. I don't know if this a scam website or not. But apparently this is a common problem with the business. Any help would be appreciated. Attached are screenshots of my phone logs and emails. On September-******* I placed the order as shown on the attached receipt. All items were listed as "In stock and ready to ship" . ***** shipped later than promised, but it was shipped. Remainder of order did not ship, and after repeated phone calls and emails, they have yet to supply a firm ship date for the remainder of the order.
