Ordered a Cal ***** grill and rotisserie kit from this website 3 weeks ago. I have been trying to contact representatives by phone and email to get order status. Checked consumer reports reviews of Bbqgrills.com and found they are a scam website. I have also contacted my credit card company. Bbqgrills.com has stolen $1827.20 from me. I had purchased a grill and accessory totaling about $1,6000. I was to receive items 5-7 business days. After two weeks I contacted company and was told another few weeks. After still not receiving, contacted again and was told back order for months (website still says 5-7 business days). Requested refund and was told 7-10 business days. It has been four weeks since requested refund and I still have not received my money. I have emailed several employees, accounting department and customer service with no response.Business Response

I placed an order for a BBQ accessory. I received an email stating that the order was being processed in 5-7 business days even though the website says orders ship in 2 business days. I waited the 7 days and then asked for an update. After 2 days I then requested via email that my order be canceled. The ** *** said she would check on the status of my order. I purchased a grill on 3/9/25 and the grill was supposed to be shipped between 3/14-3/17 and it never was. When I asked about the shipment they couldnt locate my grill at their warehouse. So on 3/21/25 I requested a refund and cancelled the order. The customer service representative ***** told me I would receive an email confirming the refund and I was never notified. I called numerous times and I was told to contact the accounting department so when I did I would get a voicemail and after leaving messages and continued calling I filed a dispute with my credit card company and left a voicemail stating that I filed a complaint and left my name and number again and still havent received a refund an email or even a phone call. Subject: Complaint Regarding Order BBQ-25-***** - Non-Delivery and Lack of ****************** ********************** To the Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against BBQGrills.com regarding order number BBQ-25-*****, which I placed on January 25, 2025.On January 25, 2025, I placed an order with BBQGrills.com for an item totaling $4,852.73, which was immediately charged to my credit card. The company's website initially indicated that the items would ship within 5-7 business days from the date of *********** of today, February 27, 2025, the item has not been delivered. When I check the order status on the company's website, it continues to display the same message: "These items are currently being processed and will ship 5-7 Business Days from the date of purchase." This is unacceptable, as the stated shipping timeframe has long since passed.I have made multiple attempts to contact BBQGrills.com regarding the status of my order. I have called their customer service line numerous times and have been repeatedly told that I would receive a call back the same day. However, I have yet to receive a single call back. I have also left multiple messages requesting a return call, but these requests have been ignored.I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and the failure to deliver the purchased item. I have been charged $4,852.73 for an item I have not received, and the company has failed to provide any satisfactory explanation or resolution.I am requesting the Better Business Bureau's assistance in resolving this matter.
