              I took out a predatory loan. I lost my job and couldn't pay. I have only received a few emails in which I explained my situation. At first I didn't receive any response. I messaged someone who said they worked for the company in question, the told me to pay $200 up front then changed it to $150 when I stated that I was barely surviving. I then got contacted by another attorney who said I had to pay only him and would have 24 hours to pay over 2k to avoid court. The loan I took out was for under 500...600 at the most. He threatened ne and told me to get a lawyer. I was trying to work with them and try to pay next month. They are harassing me. They have sent me any letters or called. I have only received a few emails over the course of the year.

              Would love to give 0 stars. This place has been harassing me about a loan in 2020 that I didn't take. 90 percent of information used not mine. They didn't run a credit check or I would have stopped the fraudulent charge in the beginning. Now they have sold the **** even know I filed a police report claiming the fraud. This happened with a credit card also about 6-7 months later it was fixed removed instantly. Now they have sold my debt to another creditor collection company that throws it on my credit report. This debt was never run on my credit so collection should not either but that's beside the point I've sent the police report showing it fraud. This company is horrible makes money from letting people scam people.
