5 starsI would like to give a shout out to Chad and Kadie at USA Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. I found out this summer that I would be needing a new furnace. Had 4 estimates from other companies. Chad, from USA, was the last person to arrive at my door and access my situation. What I liked about Chad immediately was he was not a salesperson (like I had with the other companies). He was actually the guy that would be installing my furnace. He was extremely friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, informative and listened to me and answered all of my questions. He pointed things out to me that made sense, that the others did not, as to why I always felt my house was never heating properly. Then I received various estimates from Kadie. What a fantastic person. Always available and willing to help me out in anyway. Keeping in touch with me up to the actual install date and after to check up. I had another company servicing my old furnace for 15 years and also received a quote from them as well. I have changed to USA and will be using them for all of my future heating, cooling and plumbing issues. Thanks guys.USA Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

5 starsAs a residential and commercial consumer in REMOVED County, I have used all services of USA Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing the past several years. In all projects I have received excellent customer service alongside professional work being completed. Projects have ranged from small to mid-size maintenance or repairs on both the plumbing and HVAC side all the way up to an entire home plumbing system being reworked. I have referred USA to many friends & families to only hear back very positive reviews. 5 starsI 100% recommend. Our AC died in June. They were efficient and professional getting to us as soon as possible to fix it. Ultimately it needed to be replaced, which we knew would be happening soon anyway. They were able to get the replacement installed in a timely manner. 5 starsEveryone was very professional in all communication and in all work. The replacement of the HVAC system was completed on schedule and for the estimated cost. 5 starsI highly recommend USA.I called this business for AC repair. A service technician arrived within an hour of my service request. He was courteous and respectful. He repaired the unit definitely to my satisfaction. He also took the time to explain things to me. I also think the cost of the repair was reasonable.USA Heating, Cooling & Plumbing
