1 starIF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FURNITURE OR PROPERTY...DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS! They damaged a cherished piece from a grandmother that passed, scratched it all up, knocked of a knob off a drawer, damaged, stairwell, walls, and wood trim in my son's home. WE ARE SO SORRY WE EVER CALLED THIS COMPANY.! OH, and if you complain, they justify their behavior, make no attempt to make amends, and LAUGH AT YOU when you're so frustrated that you are crying! Then Justin the,"Manager," hangs up on you twice and will not do anything to take ownership for their company's incompetence! NEVER EVER HIRE THESE CARELESS, HEARTLESS MEN! THEY RUINED FURNITURE that can't be replaced, and OUR PROPERTY! But they aren't sorry, and won't do a darn thing about it! PLEASE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND CALL A COMPANY THAT TAKES RIGHTFUL PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. TRUST ME, YOU WILL BE SO SORRY IF YOU TRUST THESE GUYS WITH YOUR THINGS AND PROPERTY! Most recently, Josh, Andrew, and Quentin were professional, respectful, and attentive throughout the entire move. They listened carefully to direction, handled our belongings with care, and made sure everything arrived without damage. The whole process went smoothly and efficiently.
