April & her Husband came by immediately to consult with me regarding the "Deep Cleaning" I needed for my Residential Cottage Rental in REMOVED. I outlined in detail what required... and exactly what results I expected from their service! They went above and beyond my expectations; leaving no detail, regardless how small, unaddressed!
Additionally, They pointed out small things that I had missed or overlooked in the process. As I have been personally cleaning this lovely Rental Cottage myself for nearly 40 years, I found this to be quite impressive! Their attitude throughout the process was exceptionally upbeat, positive & respectful in every respect.
I have NEVER had a cleaning service be so thorough and cooperative - NOR have I witnessed such focused attention on the finer DETAILS that result in a truly 'extraordinary' cleaning job! They even "cleaned" & shampooed my
area rug to absolute 'PERFECTION'. . .Which no other cleaning service has EVER agreed to do as pert of this job.
I called many other cleaning services in REMOVED before contacting April at "A Beautiful Shine Cleaning LLC" and each and EVERY single one said they would NOT clean OR shampoo my area rug. April agreed to clean & shampoo my 12' X 18' area rug without hesitation right over the telephone! I can't tell you how refreshing it was to encounter this POSITIVE ATTITUDE even before we actually met in person!
I was so spoiled by their quality work that I am completely done with all the other so-called "Cleaning Services" out there in the REMOVED area. I have no intention of contacting anyone else from this point forward. The Quality of their Work Ethic - their Genuine Desire to do a Top Quality Job - and their Exceptionally REASONABLE Rate are all beyond COMPARE!
REMOVEDWith My Sincere Personal Endorsement & Highest Regards, REMOVED
