  We are happy with the end result of our kitchen remodel. Any issues that came up during the process were expeditiously corrected to our satisfaction. I would use them again for future projects.

  ALA Kitchen and Bath did my primary bath and full kitchen remodel in September of 2025. I am so happy with the result of all of their work, from the initial conversations to final completion. Their customer service is fantastic and any questions or concerns were immediately addressed. I can't say enough about the workmanship from their demo crew to install and finishing. The owners were hands on from beginning to end. I would use them again and again and have recommended them to everyone. A lot to be said for local business owners which doesn't seem to be the "norm" much anymore.

  This is an owner who cares deeply about his clients. I could not have asked for a better outcome. They did a great job and when there was any type of concern, they addressed it promptly. REMOVEDis an on-hands owner who will work closely with you to be sure your needs are met. My kitchen is beautiful thanks to all his input. His workers were efficient and very nice. You will love this company and the results.

  ALA were recommended to me by my contractor after my home was flooded by Helene. Im certain, I wasn’t the only desperate customer in need of new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, but Kevin and his team made me feel like i was their only customer. They listened, took notes made recommendations ( they have an excellent eye for design), and helped me create a new and better design than my original kitchen. I had custom, and semi custom cabinets installed. If I had any questions or concerns my text messages were responded to immediately. I highly recommend this company! I’m a professional home stager and my final results for my kitchen and 4 bathrooms exceeded my expectations in a timely manner. I wish I could show a picture. 5 stars isn’t enough

  We had them do our kitchen and went with the upgraded one. Along with the kitchen company and our contractor, it looks good until you start looking at them up close. We have a water heater that’s under the cabinet and specifically specified we have to have access to get it out. They framed around it and was told it’s better then before and can’t get it out without cutting the brand new cabinets. They used the wrong screws to attach them together as well putting numerous holes that shouldn’t be there plus filled it with wood filler. We were told they were custom cabinets yet two of the doors can’t be the same size as all the other and now is uneven. When they went to put the quartz countertop on, it was measured wrong and cut the drywall out to fix it. We let them know it’s unacceptable. They made the contractor buy new slabs which still has defects from the drilling on it. The wood spacers in between the cabinets are not straight and significantly uneven. When they chipped the new cabinets and was made aware they just slapped on a finishing piece which does not look good at all. I will admit that we did not have a good conversation but kept being told we don’t know what we are talking about. I would 100% not use them. They also didn’t 3 other units as they were affected from the flood and the others are not happy with their work. My contractor also agrees that the workmanship is not good at all and a lot of patch work.
