For materials purchased directly by Salty Bones Handyman Services on behalf of a customer, refunds or exchanges are subject to the manufacturer's or retailer's return policy. Custom-ordered, special-order, or non-returnable materials are not eligible for refund or exchange. If a service cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control, any applicable refund will be determined based on labor performed, materials used, and expenses incurred up to the time of cancellation.
