1 starREMOVEDfrom REMOVEDpicked up my vehicle on 07/15/2026 with damages from original purchase Transported my vehicle without fixing the damages or two keys 2 key phabs as addressed with no communication did not arrive on 07/22/2026 as per delivery contract, OZOD from UHF did not arrive until 07/29/2026 without having damages fixed and having a lot more damages accrued on my vehicle that were witnessed and taken pictures of, OZOD told me that his contract said that I owed REMOVEDnot REMOVEDthat REMOVEDat REMOVEDsaid I owed and OZOD said that he would not accept a cashier's check that was in the original contract from REMOVEDfrom RNG, REMOVEDsaid Cash only. OZOD also asked me to meet him at a truck stop for the vehicle and I told him no we needed to meet at my credit union where there would be witnesses he got belligerent and hung up from his call to me. I let REMOVEDknow there were a lot of damages to my vehicle during his transport. I signed the receipt REMOVEDfrom REMOVEDgave me to sign stating damages. REMOVEDfrom REMOVEDsaid that REMOVEDis responsible for damages through his auto transport insurance carrier and he has not paid. In 08/2026 I have got an estimate of repair for all damages to my vehicle from REMOVED, REMOVEDRNG Auto Transport, OZOD UHf Auto Transport of damages to my vehicle approximate over $20,695.84- up to $25,000 the evidence to show with no contact from any of the responsible parties which REMOVEDfrom REMOVEDis responsible that I am in this situation, REMOVEDfrom RNG is responsible for connecting me with Transportation services by OZOD at UHF United Freeway Transportation Auto Transport which clearly states that OZOD from UHF is responsible for damages through his auto transport insurance for REMOVEDfrom RNG said on 07/29/2026, Damages go through the carriers insurance so you are insured through them. I will point you in the direction for a claim tomorrow. On 07/31/2026 REMOVEDfrom RNG text me, The company is REMOVED.

I have used them several times and each time service was great, and was pleased with how car was handled in transport! 1 starWe booked our car to be shipped from REMOVEDto REMOVEDapproximately 3 weeks ago. Today, Aug 03 shipping day, they never showed up nor even called. After contacting them we received two texts. The first stated that they would get in touch with their driver and get back to us. The second said that they were currently trying to vet a driver that meets their insurance requirements and if pickup on 4 Aug would be OK.. Again this is on shipping day. How can you say that you are contacting your driver and then say you are trying to vet a driver on the same day as shipping was scheduled? There was not even a apology...the lack of communications is strong with this company.....do not use.United Freeway Transportation LLC

5 starsREMOVEDworked hard to get me a Carrier on short notice, he kept in contact with me through the whole process to delivery of my vehicle. With much higher gas prices now, no Carrier was hitting on my initial quote of $200, Which I pretty much knew that was not going to happen for that. I ask they give more realistic quotes so when you have to pay more to get a driver to accept your vehicle, people will not be shocked or upset . But other than costing more than initial quote, I still was happy with REMOVEDI would use them again.United Freeway Transportation LLC
