  Paid $7,000 for a program not remotely as advertised no refund given. No fs given. I signed up expecting the tailored workout and nutrition plan advertised, including workout videos featuring the owner, as shown in their marketing. Instead:Workouts: My videos featured large male trainers who looked like gym bouncers, not the owner, and not at all in line with a program marketed specifically to women. When I said this wasnt motivating for me, they switched me to a different set of generic third-party videos, still not the owner and still with poor audio quality. I also had WiFi issues at the gym and asked about a downloadable option; this was never resolved.Nutrition: I disclosed Hashimotos and ongoing gut issues at the start. I was repeatedly told to trust the process. Over two months I gained 15 lbs steadily. When I complained, I was given meal plans that appeared to be pulled from third-party apps, not anything customized to my condition. After escalating, a lead coach suggested I purchase additional gut-healing shakes, with no testing or diagnostic work done first.Outcome: $7,000 spent, REMOVEDrather than sourced from public content. When I asked for a refund given the program didnt match what was promised, I was told no refunds were possible, and communication stopped after that.If you have a health condition or expect the personalized coaching and imagery shown in their marketing, know that this was not my experience.Ive since found someone else to coach me. Im 2 years Im eating better, healthier gut and 45lbs lighter.

  Ive been with Warrior Babe since October 2026, working with my coach REMOVEDto build the specific strength I needed for one big goal: competing for Team USA at the World Athletics Masters Track and Field Championships which I just did this past week! ??But the wins go way beyond the track. Kaylas helped me level up my understanding of sleep, stress management, and nutrition (turns out protein Pop-Tarts arent actually a complete protein source ??). This program has genuinely made my life better, and I know there are a lot more chapters left to write.#myWBstory ??

  I have been very happy with the program so far. I have had several injuries, a hip surgery, work a full time stressful job, am a full time care-giver and post menopause. I am not new to macros or weight training. But I was no longer seeing results which was very discouraging. And I was exhausted all the time and sleeping maybe 5-6 hours on a good night. I am now 10 weeks into the program and have increased my calorie intake by 55%. On top of that I have already gained 11lbs of lean mass, lost almost 17lbs of fat and almost 15lbs overall on the scale. I have loads of energy again and my sleep has improved. I love that I have constant contact with my coach and my team for questions and support. And weekly check-in's with feedback. Yes it is a commitment but with all things important, I feel like you get what you put into it. I am willing to put in the work to continue seeing results like these.

  I joined the Warrior Babe VIP program on May 17, 2026. Initially, I signed up for 3 months (which I understand is no longer an option), so the first 3 months of my journey ended August 17, 2026. This program has changed my life, so much so I am getting my financials in order so I can join for another year. I was almost 46 when I joined and in full blown peri-menopause. I had every symptom you could imagine. I had gained almost 20 pounds in 2 years, had severe brain fog, couldnt sleep at night, crashing everyday around 2 pm, and was so irritable. I was trying everything I had previously tried to lose weight (before perimenopause) and nothing worked anymore. I was miserable and felt so defeated. My friend at work was doing Warrior Babe, and I watched her body change over a period of a year. She is about 10 years younger than I am, so I wasnt convinced it would work for me, but after 3 months of deliberation in my own head, and out of pure desperation to feel better, I joined. My perimenopause symptoms are GONE. I would say I feel better than I did in my 20s, but honestly I dont even remember feeling this good in my 20s. For everyone saying this program doesnt work, I find that very hard to believe. You have to trust your coach, DO WHAT THEY TELL YOU TO DO, and be consistent. Not everyday will be perfect, but if you try, you will succeed! The VIP program is expensive, but you pay for your results. You only wanna pay $19, then you will likely only get $19 worth of results. I am a changed woman who finally decided to take care of myself for once, and now I am thriving and striving for better! More! This is a lifestyle change that is totally sustainable. Once you leave the program, I believe you could take what youve learned and keep getting better, HOWEVER my coach is so amazing and the Warrior Babe community is so supportive I feel like Im never going to want to leave! I am already thinking about how to make year 2 happen! I have NO regrets! Lets goooooooo!!

  BE CAREFUL! You need to be aware that VIP is ONLY a coaching program. The company does not stand behind their claim that they are "women who've rebuilt our metabolisms, built lean muscle, and created bodies that are stronger than they've ever been. WarriorBabe is the system we created to help you do exactly the same thing" (that is an exact quote from the website). You can see from other reviews that women exited the program with no results or even worse outcomes than when they entered. That was my experience. I was told when I joined that I had nothing to lose because there was a money back guarantee. THAT IS A LIE! The guarantee only applies if the company decides that the coach did not do their job. What are the odds of that happening?! They do not care if you've actually rebuilt your metabolism, built muscle or created a strong body. In the end, their only allegiance is to the REMOVEDmay notice that many of the people who praise the program have either been with it for only a short time or have been enrolled for multiple years. This is in part because you have initial success for a few months and then your coach will up your calories which can erase your results. They will then leave you in a maintenance phase for the better part of a year. They claim it takes this long to "heal" your metabolism. Then they put you into a little cut phase before your end date so you can see enough results to hopefully lure you into a renewal. My hope in sharing this review is to save you THOUSANDS of dollars and a year of your life that you will not get back. This program is not what it presents itself to be. Their marketing strategy is that they know more than other programs about how to help menopausal women be successful in changing body composition. That is NOT true. If you listen to any kind of health and wellness podcast, you can learn as much or more about how to achieve results.

  I want to elaborate on the money back guarantee. On the initial sales call (which they market as "applying" to the program to see if you are a good fit), I explained that I had health conditions that had hindered my ability to reach my body composition goals in the past so I was unsure if I was a good fit. That was when the sales REMOVEDsaid that there was a money back guarantee if it didn't work. Here are the conditions of the money back guarantee as stated in the contract: Participants must complete 12 consecutive months of the program from the date of enrollment. Participants must adhere to at least 90% of the program requirements during this time, including but not limited to: Completing regular weekly check-ins as scheduled by their coach. Following fitness and nutrition protocol as provided by their coach. Actively engaging with program resources and responding to communication in a timely manner. When I exited the program and requested a refund, I was told by a customer service coordinator that their decision to not honor the guarantee was "not a reflection of my effort and that my participation was exceptionally strong." I kept asking why they would not honor their guarantee since I did meet the criteria set forth and I was told by the director of customer success that "our money-back guarantee is intended to protect clients who do not receive the coaching and support promised through the program." Where in the conditions does it say that the guarantee is only applicable if the coach doesn't do her job? That is the reason for writing this review. Their marketing is misleading and they do not honor their policies.

  BEWARE!!! Do NOT watch their promotional videos unless you want DAILY phone calls from their marketing team!! I have blocked them numerous times but they continue to call using a different phone number each time! SHAME ON YOU WARRIOR BABE! Deplorable desperation is what it is!

  Beware! Scammers! They took my money for access to the site and never gave me access! I reached out to them to let them know and they have no way of being reached. I messaged them multiple times including through Instagram since I had no success via email. They have an automated message making it seem they care and will help but it just kept spitting back the same message after I provided them the information they claimed to want to know in their automatic message! They never have bothered to help or reach out to me much less refund my money! Such a scam of a company!!

  I would leave no stars if I could but thats not an option. I saw their ad and it sounded interesting. $19 for information on how to stay on GLP s yet not lose muscle tone? Sounded great. So I gave them my information and they immediately started adding other items on that they said were necessary. It was deceptive in that nowhere did they say that this was a membership with monthly fees that you could not get out of. I only found that out from my credit card company when I called them and disputed the $98 that they charged me. They also had random phone numbers from all over the country (spoofing) calling me night and day for the next four days. I loathe this sort of marketing.
