    My husband and I purchased a license agreement on the evening of 3/14/23 with Destinations, inc in the amount of $9,583.00. Next morning we receive a call call from Annie H. welcoming us to the program. At that point we had not had the time to do much research on the company. After we hung up with her I started doing some research and saw many unhappy reviews about this company. I called them immediately and requested to cancel our agreement. Our documents indicated that we had 3 days to change our minds. We canceled less than 24 hours after we signed. We requested this in writing and via phone call with the same person Annie H. We explained to her our reasons and requested our check to be voided.
    The next morning we noticed that the checked had cleared. I called them again and Annie H answered the phone again saying that she would look into it and let me know when our funds would be reimbursed, I never heard back from her. I had my husband call them and this time a lady by the name of Paige answered and said that Annie wasn’t available but she left some notes on our account that in about 10 days we would receive our money back. They had also asked us for a credit card just to process our paperwork and till they received a check from us that they requested to be sent electronically to a text number they gave us. We did confirm that they released the hold on our credit card and we filed a claim at our bank. They should not have deposited the check in the first place.
