    I am filing a complaint regarding a $5,593 membership purchased from Destinations, Inc. on October 28, 2025, in ***********************, **. The sales presentation stated that the membership provided access to wholesale or significantly discounted prices on hotels, resorts, cruises, and rental cars. After receiving access to the platform, I discovered pricing which was equal to or higher than publicly available retail prices found on common travel search engines such as Kayak, and *********** or by going to the providers' websites and booking directly. For example: Hotel: Destinations, Inc. $8,619.69 vs. $7,303 for the same room/dates Rental Car: Destinations, Inc. $3,578.69 vs. Hertz $835.63 for the same automobile/dates Cruises: Destinations, *** website states that cruise travel is listed at full retail with an undisclosed post-travel rebate.The membership was materially misrepresented, and Destinations, *** failed to deliver services as described during their sales presentation. I am requesting a full refund.

    We went to a travel show at a local hotel and were excited to be offered travel accommodations , for any trips we wanted to go on, for a lifetime,.at a greatly reduced price. There were 9 other couples there. When we went to join, we were separated from the other couples and given an even lower joining price; but we had to pay today or no deal. Now, a few weeks later, we tried to book a trip and were given the runaround. The woman we spoke to said there was a glitch and she would call us back. So far, no call. Wed like our money back. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and dont have that much money to throw away on a scam.?? Thank you for anything you can do for us.
