    I absolutely love this company!! Had been with a different company for my LLC, and the difference is staggering. I always feel like I've got a sympathetic ear at WRAS, someone who actually cares about my needs. Today it was *******. I didn't want to stop talking to her, and that's saying a lot, because I seemed to be in a lose/lose situation, very stressful. It is now RESOLVED, and I feel so loyal to this company!

    I took a chance despite the negative reviews because I didn't want to pay the $100+ most other companies charge.Well, "cheap" comes with a price, and this one is costly.Their customer support is practically non-existent, and what's there, is completely worthless.If their emails even have a signature, it's by a name that looks made up.You may be thinking, "Eh, it's just $25." But what you need to be thinking is how much it'll cost to have your business possibly shut down due to negligence and poor business practices on their part.Don't risk it. It's not worth it. Find somewhere else.They say you get what you pay for, but here, you get a whole lot less.

    I had the worst experience using this company. I was advised by the Wyoming Secretary of State to hire a registered agent to bring my company in good standing and then to file an annual report and reinstatement. I hired this company on December 28th, 2023. They contacted me on January 2nd, **** stating that they could not file the change of registered agent because it would likely be rejected in state for not having a registered agent. I called to see what was going on and the representative was confused, put me on hold to get clarification and never came back to the phone. I hung up after a while. She called back to say the Secretary of ************* was wrong. I advised he that I had already filed the necessary documents to the Secretary of State and paid the required $160 in filing fees. She then advised me three different reasons why they could not be the registered agents so I requested a refund in which she said would take 10 days.
