    Very disappointing and unprofessional service I had a terrible experience with this company.They ignored multiple emails I sent and only responded after it was too late. By then, I had already opened a new company and no longer needed their services.Instead of helping me cancel in time, they told me the filing was already completed and refused to issue a refund. Their communication was slow, unhelpful, and dismissive of my requests.I asked for dissolution and cancellation of services, but the lack of proper customer care left me extremely disappointed.?? I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values reliable service, clear communication, and transparency.

    I greatly enjoyed and appreciated their professional works and services they have provided me in the past year. They assisted me in filing an LLC, the operational report, and the mail service for greatest prices in comparison to other's. After I moved to another state and closed my business but forgot to inform them, they still sent me my last 2 letters for free and assisted me to smoothly cancel my dues and subscription afterward. Thanks to the agent and the staff assisting me over the phone and emails.

    The company is horrible at communicating. Additionally, their subwebsite, TBcrimes, lacks a precise contact method for requesting mugshot removal. Once I reached out, I was directed to this page. Once I called, they informed me they cannot get in contact with the person who operates the website, even though per Florida Statute ****** -(2) A person whose arrest booking photograph is published or otherwise disseminated, or his or her legal representative, may make a request, in writing, for the removal of an arrest booking photograph to the registered agent of the person or entity who published or otherwise disseminated the photograph. I have reached out since the incident, and the ******** page constantly views my messages but does not reply.

    Once you give this lawyer your money they really dont care about you or anything that has to do with your account. When they make a mistake hey blame it on the customer , thats not really professional and not a way to treat the said customer who is just looking for the correct information. They also will charge youre card with out notifying you so be careful.

    Paid for a phone service with these guys still not working. Havent heard anything from anyone. This place is just completely ridiculous. The worst type of company. Ive already started the chargeback process and now Im just going to the state Attorney General, not only in their state because their state is trash, but in the state of ************* as well because they take things seriously here.

    Their services for customers should stop trying to advise and provide legal advice outside there are.****** a government bureaucracy agency has mandated proof of ownership of corporations, unfortunately its not a law and they have no teeth in the game. It would be appreciated if they would stop trying to ***** their customers.!
